after the implementation of the internet of things, It gets easier for the management to take a lot
at the entire business. This is the reason that the implementation of active leadership is
necessary. In case active leadership is implemented in the business enterprise, I will be leading
the entire employee base as the entre technology that will be implemented is new to the
employed it will get difficult for the employees to handle the new changes that are brought in. in
this case proper guidance is required for better commencing of the project. This guidance can be

provided by me and hence active leadership is important in this project. Another example that
can be taken into consideration includes the fact that the management of the entire system will
get processed by me and the data that are to be analyzed will get analyzed in a proper manner.

implemented.
Risk
The risk that are contemporary in the development of tradition of Internet of things in the
dispensation of the business organization includes the aspect that facts which are transacted with
