The assignment involves a case study of an 82-year-old patient, Mr. Hadi, who recently underwent a Right Total Knee Replacement (TKR). The student, acting as a nurse, is tasked with providing nursing interventions, communication strategies, and medication management. The assignment covers various scenarios, including Mr. Hadi's complaints of a headache and subsequent nausea and vomiting, prompting the student to detail appropriate nursing interventions and communication using the ISOBAR framework. Furthermore, the assignment requires the student to describe the responsibilities of an Enrolled Nurse in handling telephone orders from a treating doctor. The student's responses are expected to include rationales and are assessed based on their understanding of patient care, communication, and medication administration within a nursing context.
