and the company must adapt to proper integration functions thus enabling the company to
modify the conditions (LIM, 2017).
Observations after the Training:
The training session that was undertaken by the company brought about certain
outcomes. The observation of the outcomes is noted in this section of the report. The
observations regarding the effectiveness of the training are based on the candidates who took the
training. The employees are the key working force of the company, which helps in the progress
of the company (LIM, 2017).
The training session was based on the development of the understanding of the portal or
the user interface that helps the drivers and the in-house executives to locate and track a client.
The proper usage of the portals helps in undertaking the functions effectively, thereby helping
them to retain the market (Goh, D. (2017). Most of the people who attended the session did not
have adequate knowledge about the technology and therefore in order to make them understand,
basic training was supposed to be imparted. The proper knowledge of the use of the portal helped
them in undertaking the job efficiently. The in-house staff locates and tracks the customers from
the internal offices of the organization. They send the data to the drivers, who work externally,
and therefore the data is transmitted through the user interface (Hwei, 2017). The proper
knowledge of the user interface helps the employees in getting to the client more efficiently,
thereby retaining the market of the organization.
On the other hand, communicational training was also imparted to the drivers in order to
make them aware of the tonality of the communication that is undertaken by the drivers. It
determines the basis of the transactions that is being undertaken by the drivers with the tourists.

order to impart the basic knowledge of the languages, a basic training session was undertaken in
order to ensure that the drivers could tackle the foreign clients. It helps the drivers in retaining
the tourist customers helping them to understand the foreign tongue (Jin et al., 2012).
The basic outcome of undertaking the session is based on the objective and the goals that
the company has set in order to make significant progress in the market and therefore retain the
market of the transportation industry (Loh, 2016). The observations that were undertaken are
based on the training that was undertaken by the company with the objective of improving the
structure and thereby resolving the challenges faced by the company.

faced by the employees individually and tries to resolve the problems through the training
session that is being imparted to the employees. In order to understand the gaps in the
performance of the employees or the problem faced by then employees in executing their job
role is being noted by the organization, then a careful analysis is being undertaken based on the
