adviser of the sphere of education since his TED talk in the year 2006– ‘How schools kill
creativity’. Ken Robin is struggling for and playing a noteworthy role in changing education for
last few year for the worldwide institutions. It is to be mentioned Sir Ken as the visionary social
groundbreaker marked his remarkable position in the consultative committee on creative and
cultural education of the British government's 1998. He did a substantial investigation in the
importance of creativity in the educational structure and economy.
According to Sir Robinson one should acknowledge what kind of system it is to change

success. Therefore, it is important to understand that creative is not only a matter of certain

it for once. This is about practices. A person needs to attain knowledge every single day. So
when I say you can teach it, what’s implied is that you can also learn it. You can learn to get
better at being creative. People who already have expertise can help you get better.
According to Sir Robinson the contemporary education is focused on career. The
importance of methodological education has decreased because of the power of education by the
significant universities. Therefore, the large number of students have started setting their
educational goal to achieve a four-year degree. Sir Robinson was seen to argue that
significant number pupils are not privileged enough to get the sort of education that match the
level of specific economic demands of 21st century. It may lead one to meet his or her
