company will follow direct selling model and will set up a brick and mortar store in Central London, UK.
From the market research it can be assessed that therapeutic and massage candles are not offered by any of its competitors and hence it is new in the market. Young and old will get
benefit out of it. Further, the candle making industry is growing and the company will be able to generate higher profits in the next coming year It is estimated that it will be able to develop
approximately 2,527,234 sales revenues in next 12 months of its functioning.
Total estimated fund for the company is 8000000 which includes, personal funding and loan from banks. The company will get its name patented so that it cannot be used by any other
company. Since, the business plan seems to be beneficial and hence the team must take the plan forward towards its establishment.

Concept of the business
An organic candle making company is proposed with the name “The Sirius” with the slogan “Lets illuminate life”. ‘Sirius’ is a star system and the brightest star in the Earth's night sky.
In the current market different sort of candles are available to customers such as container candles, floating candles, utility candles, ritual candles and therapeutic candles. Here, we produce
aromatic LED Candles which does not need batteries or a power output. The energy source is from a cup candle which is lit under the dome. The dome converts heat energy to Electrical energy
which in turns powers the led lamp which lasts for 8 hrs. This unit has also a scent diffuser and an inlet to fill aromatic oil. This is a portable and eco friendly product. The objective of the
business is to produce organic candles which can be used by the customers for therapies and spa as well. Several types of candles will be made including both scented and unscented which will
come in various shapes and sizes as well. These candles will also act as medicines to cure various pains and muscle pulls (Kumar and Phrommathed 2015).
