buyers and sellers in the financial deals including IPO, fund raising, M & A and tenders. The
company is specialised in providing virtual data rooms designed entirely for mergers and
acquisitions. The company was found in 2005. The head office of company is in Sydney and
has offices in America, APAC and EMEA. The company has a team of about 200 employees.
The company has been ranked as the fifth best place to work. The members of the company

There are enormous problems faced by Ansarada including inefficiency and delay in work
within the organization. Since the company is dealing with some other organisations,
Ansarada is facing several operational issues. The operational issues faced by company while
operating business globally are:

A major challenge faced by Ansarada is language. The text within the software need to be
decoded properly and correctly pitched for the intended users. The incorrect software
localization can create bugs and mishandle version control. It leads to various challenges and
issues within the organisation (Ogiela 154-159).
Pricing:
Pricing is one of the significant challenges in the operation management. It can affect both
success and growth of the firm. So, pricing a product for the other country can be major issue
for the firm. As, an amount set in one country will not the same in another country.
Costs issue:
When the operations become global, some of the projects can be completed in the
geographies where business is located. In some cases it can be favourable as it can lower cost
for the advancement of software. On the other hand cases it can increase costs and cause
delays in completion of projects. The budget of company should be effectively managed as
the international exchanges are always fluctuating. The proper budgeting can control on
currency exchange rates which can increase the price (Nilsson et al. 1-16)
Inefficiency:
There are several issues which can be faced by the firm due to lack of poor and inefficient
workers. These issues can affect the productivity as well as the profitability of company.
These issues can be overcome by dividing the work among the different employees
appropriately.
Culture:
The culture changes as a person moves from one place to another. The values are vital for the
success of business. The software and the way software interacts with user represent
company. The company should sustain a favourable working environment to conduct
business activities effectively and successfully.
System acquisition method
There are various methods which can be applied by Ansarada to manage daily activities and
operations of business. It is required to implement a unique and dynamic software system so
that current position of the company can be analysed and evaluated. The system acquisition

method is used by Astarada to make exclusive strategies for the growth and expansion of

commenced by Astarada are:
Commercial software
The commercial software is computer software which is designed and developed for selling
products and services. It is considered as proprietary software to maintain proper records of
company. But now a number of open source software applications are sold to the users. MS
office and MS window are examples of commercial software. The commercial software can
be adapted as per need and requirement of organisation. It is also helpful in gaining
competitive advantage (Knauss et al. 97-117).
Custom Software
The custom software is made for the specific organisations and users. The software enables a
business to perform tasks specific to their needs. The custom software can be implemented in
the organisation if want to tackle accounts of other company. The custom software is used by
the company to minimise interruption (Vissicchio, Vanbever & Bonaventure 70-75). The
company can hire a professional to create custom software to print and view invoices.
ERP system
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system allows a company to use integrated applications
to manage business and systematise back office functions associated to technology, services
and human resources. The business can effectively handle operations and activities with the
help of ERP system. The software also makes possible accurate forecasting. The ERP system
helps Astarada to standardise business process to effectively plan and control business

There are various problems which are faced by company like inconsistent processing, cyber
security, obsolete software, data collection and staff maintenance issues. It is getting complex
for the company to protect data due to push to cloud and sophistication of software. So,
Ansarada need better funding for hackers. On the other side, data is shifting to data at
supreme levels. So, it is difficult to control on the cloud base services. The company is also
unable to retain customers that are helpful in in the success and progress of company due to
the increasing competition (Whittington 87-91). It should be noticed that Ansarada is not able
to satisfy customers due to the technical issues. The cost of hiring new employees is also
getting expensive. The employees are also known to the updated technology due to the lack
of skills and inexpert staff. It also influences the profitability and revenue of company.
Application complexity and user experience
The complex application is one of the biggest issues of Ansarada. It can affect the
sustainability and image of the company. The consumers should be expert to access ERP
system and use software. It helps to perform activities and functions more effectively. The
ERP system includes complexities so the company is unable to get appropriate information
related to softwares. The training of staff is essential to minimise complexities faced in
organisation. The company can also appoint skilled and expert staff to use application

competitive advantage and make sets dynamic image in the mind of consumers. The leaders
analyse the market conditions and finds out the best solution for the customers around the
globe. The leaders are experienced in various fields such as marketing, operations,
technology and finance. The leaders make use of innovated and differentiated technologies to
compete with other companies. They accumulate and information and facts to resolve market
issues and to remain competitive in the market. They are also capable of knowing and

Ansarada. The technical staff also does not provide duty for 24 hours in a day which makes
complicated for the customers to tackle consequences and issues. On the other side,
employees are also unable to track record of users.
There are some suggestions which are given to resolve the above issues and challenges:
Ansarada should use updated and innovative technology for the virtual data room software
within the organisation. It can be helpful to company in averting cost.
The negative impact of accounting software can be reduced by organisation by initiating
cloud based accounting software. The ERP system could also be used by organisation in
order to cope up with operations and functions.
The variations can also be made in the different soft wares such as commercial software,
custom software and ERP. The company can also add advance features in software to make
business process smooth.
Ansarada should maintain a skilled team who have knowledge and capability to tackle issues
and barriers faced by customers. This way company can stand out against the competitors
around the globe (Ghobadi & Mathiassen 95-125).
