AI Summary
This document presents a high-level project plan for the SIT773 Software Requirements and Analysis course, focusing on the Leckie's Choice (LC) case study. The project plan outlines the software development process using the Scrum framework, detailing five key phases: requirement analysis, planning and estimation, implementation, reviewing, and release. The requirement analysis phase involves gathering and documenting requirements. The planning phase involves designing the software and creating a prototype. The implementation phase involves the development of the system module. The reviewing phase involves system testing. Finally, the release phase involves releasing the product in stages and evaluating its usability. The project plan also references relevant articles and the case study materials to provide a structured approach to software development. The project plan is based on the provided case study and aims to provide a structured approach to software development using the Scrum framework and includes the development of artifacts such as initial high level product backlog, product backlog, product roadmap, sprint backlog, and the software product.

SIT773 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS AND ANALYSIS
From the above image, it could be observed that the complete software development project of the
LC’s case studies has been executed using the SCRUM framework. It is executed in 5
different phases. In the first phase, the requirement meeting, resource gathering,
communicating with the stakeholders, documentation of the current system is done and then
report of the analysis is prepared. In the second phase the planning and estimation is done
where the first task includes the designing of the prototype database, the designing of the
software is done, the interface prototype is designed, the design specifications are effectively
estimated and then the phase ends with the preparation of the final planning of design. The
implementation phase is initiated after the completion of the planning and estimation stage.
The development of system module is done, the integration of the system module is done,
then the final testing phase is done before preparing the report of designs of the software and
the database. The reviewing phase is initiated after the completion of the testing phase. In this
phase, the main activities that are included are performing the system testing, discover the
documentation issues, then correct the discovered issues and finally prepare the report of
testing. The last stage is the release where the product is released in stages or versions (1.0,

2.0, 3.0). Each version is tested for the usability evaluation and then all the required
modification is done.
