Introduction
The New Access is the mental health intervention which targets the youth aged 17 to 25 years of
age, with the process of being expanded to young people, when they are primarily of age 12.
Headspace is one of the organization that trails the new system that targets the depression and
anxiety. Hence, the problems need to be identified before any help is given to the people or
patients. There has been an increased number of sufferings of the patients who are facing
depression and anxiety (Wenten et al, 2016). The suicide of youth has been considered to be one
of the alarming situations, where the paper will now be evaluating on the development of the
visionary document to address the problems, capabilities and the benefits.
Problem
The funding is important for handling the development of “My Health Record” system which
will lead to the execution of business process in a much more systematic manner. The
importance is to develop the different efficient resources that will lead to generation of a desired
fund with execution and development of a health system. The different work is allocated for the
different processes which needs to be evaluated in an effective way so that there is a complete
reliability for the tasks that are completed (Osborn et al, 2015). The issues need to be listed
depending upon the development of unsystematic scheduling that are defined in regard to
measure the health standards for the concerned patients. The database privacy of the patients is
considered of a major importance which becomes difficult to manage but there are different
requirements which are for the enhancement of effectiveness and reliability of health care
records. The issues are about adopting to the strategic methods and planning on procedures in a
way where a proper treatment is needed for the patients (Liu, 2016). The issues are related to

technical failures ad the development of the application system hampers the execution of the
project.
Capabilities
It includes the strategic measures with practices that helps out in bringing the positive results for
the project. The development of the health record system requires to focus on enhancing the
capabilities. They are:
a. Longitudinal collections are for the electronic information which concerns the health of
the patients (Holden, Thiamwong, Martin, Mathieson, & Nehrenz, 2015).
b. The instant access includes the application for the users which concerns about authorized
and non-authorized users.
c. The provisions of desired knowledge includes boosting the quality, efficiency, and safety
with concerned patients.
d. The support comes for the efficient and effective methods for handling the health care
delivery practices.
The capabilities are defined through the larger extent which will help in increasing the name of
brand in the organization, in front of the customers. There is a major implementation of
innovative techniques that includes the enhancement of medication process with improving
mental state conditions for the patients. The other capabilities include focus on the patient safety
measures to measure and manage the efficient services given for an individual (Sani, Ibrahim,
Ango, Hussaini & Saleh, 2016).

Benefits
The large benefits comes with enormous impact on generating the impact towards the
development of a better health record. The data which is stored helps in providing a complete
security such that there is no major misuse of information. Hence, it will help in assistance for
the efficient services for boosting the mental conditions of the individual. The benefits are
defined through:
a. The lesser amount of the work that is on paper, which reduces the issues of storage.
b. Increased quality services are for customers with financial incentives that lowers the
operating costs of healthcare.
c. Hiring and training of employees is costly with development that offers a reliable
experience at a lower cost.
d. The increased efficiency and productivity of the services includes the electronic health
record systems for the patients with wider range of facilities for the respective patients.
The concern of clinical data is about how easily the data is restored and the medical facilities are
provided to the different patients, accurately (Tai-Seale et al., 2017). It provides the privacy and
enhancement of security of data, when the information is fed on the computer system.

The paper highlights about the problems, capabilities and the benefits which are related to the
development of “My Health Record” systems. The problems highlight the issues which can
hamper the proper execution and the evaluation of work practices. There are capabilities which
