Legal requirements of the company
The legal requirements that Central Cafe need to be maintain will be extended
towards the Government as well as the customers. One of the regulations that need to be
made is that of the labelling scheme. The labelling scheme needs to be provided to the
managers so that the business can be legalised. At the same time, the public will be provided
with legal notice of damaging the property.
Any cars parked near the restaurant need to be done in the provided parking space.
The buildings around the company need to be provided with legal requirements that specify
the distance need to be maintained between the houses and the restaurant. The Government
need to be provided with the tax scheme that the company uses in order to ensure that it
complies with the rules set aside while dealing with the expenses and the income.

Consequences for not complying with the licenses
The consequence for not complying with the licenses can be severe for Central Cafe.
This is mainly because it may hamper the growth of the company and provide an opportunity
for competitors and the Government to impose a legal suit on the company. For example,
failure to comply with the licensing of maintaining a building permit may leave Central Cafe
without any building for practising the business. At the same time, failure to meet the
provisions stated in the general music licence can hinder the company from playing music
within the premises. Hence, the guests cannot be entertained in the manner as expected by the
cafe. Therefore, it can be said that consequences of not complying with the licenses may
provide Central Cafe with negative consequence and considerably hinder ay opportunities
that it may have in gaining success in the business world.
Gaining of the licenses
The process of gaining license for Central Cafe may involve gaining an application
for the establishment and set up of the company. In the modern world, it is necessary that the
licences be provided online so that a copy can remain the mail i.d of the applicant. The
managers of Central Cafe need to ensure that a sum of $5000 is paid so that the license can be
renewed after it has expired. Documents such as employment card number or identity proof
of the person setting up the business is required for gaining legal approval from the

Government. In order to obtain health and trade licence, Central Cafe needs to pay an
additional amount of $100 until the expiry of the contract.
Therefore, it can be said that to obtain the licences necessary for setting up the cafe,
the managers of Central Cafe need to spent at least $20,000. The term of the licence can
range from 1 year to 5 years depending upon the amount willing to be invested by the
managers.
Types of insurance required
Two types of compulsory insurance that Central Cafe needs to comply with include
the compensation of workers and the professional property insurance. The workers
compensation provides safety for the workers while at the workplace although workers aim to
remain free from any type of injuries. In Central Cafe, the chefs and delivery boys may claim
the insurance. At the same time, the professional property insurance provides opportunities
for the organisations to secure the property on which the business is based. Central Cafe can
take into consideration this insurance so that it can conduct legal business with a good and
clean foundation.
The optional insurance that Central Cafe need to impose include medical insurance.
This is mainly because the Work Health and Safety Act cover the safety of the employees;
