are certain serious issues that have been encountered by me while making evaluation of the

follows-
Not a single worker or the employee in the staff is well-equipped by first aid training.
It has been found that two individual among the staff members holds expired RSA certificates
and they are full time employees.
The copy of signed contract is not yet returned by the wine supplier.
All these issues are severe and need speedy solution. Otherwise, the business will going to face
the legal consequences in future. These problems could be dealt by following the below
mentioned recommendations-
All the staff members are required to undertake the first aid training that is a mandatory
requirement before indulging in the business activities.
