sigma (Boakye, et. al., 2017). Management of the company can use various tools through
which they can get help to manage and control the organisation. There are various
methodologies that helps in finding the roles and the certification of the central to this quality
management control process. Some of the quality management tools and techniques that are
specified in the six sigma tools are classified in the coming slides.

The goal of the six sigma is to streamline the quality control in the manufacturing or other
business process which helps in getting little or no variance in the companies. This term was
first traded by the Motorola in year 1993 where the reference was given to the greek letter
sigma that is considered to be the statistical symbol.The term six sigma is specifically
designed so as to help the large organisation to maintain quality in the industry.
