Skill audit:- It refers to the process of evaluating and recording the skills of a person to
determine the area of development (Olsen, 2015). Being a learner skills like communication,
presentation, time management and team work. My greatest strength is time management skills
but in order to improve my academical performance I required to improve other three skills. For
accomplishing this goal I am working over my Personal development plan which is presented

Throughout my overall of academic career, it has been analysed by me that educational
learning is seen as one of the core thing which contributes inn success of learners. While
completion of academic career, I have analysed by me that every learner is required to own
some core skills which will help them out in accomplishing their subjective projects and also
support them in giving their best in educational subjects. From my overall experience I have
realised that I am good in time management skill as I have submitted my all projects and
assignments within provided time frame. This quality of mine is also appreciated by my team
members and tutor as they have noticed my punctuality throughout my academic career. Along
with this, I have also realised that there are some weak skills in me which are observed by
teacher as well as my batch mates. These weak skill includes communication, presentation and
team working. My tutor have told me that I am not able to give better presentation due to my
weak communication skill. This ultimately influences my academic and learning career because
without giving better and effective presentation it would not be possible for me to present my
learning and knowledge in front of audience and gain good marks in specific subject. In order to
improve this skill, my tutor have suggested me to participate in more and more interactive
session and extra curricular activities so that I can improve hitch and become more frank to
others. As a result, this efforts of mine will help me out in improving my communication skill
and it will ultimately develop my presentation skills as well. On the other hand, while scrolling
pages of my diary, I have also felt that at the starting of college days my team working skill was
not effective in the initial days as I was quite conservative in nature. This behaviour of mine have

made me limit myself from others. The diary have also shown me that how I was not interacting
to my teacher as well as batch mates. In order to improve this weak skill of mine, teacher have
asked me to indulge into various team building activities that are executed in college. These
sessions had helped me a lot in improving my relations with team members. With the remarkable
improvement of these skills, I can say that all these improved skills have contributed in
completing my academic coursework effectively. In addition to this, this improvement have also
contributed in scoring my targeted marks which are essential for my pro0fessional growth. Along
with this, it can be further said that by having better command over these skills it would be easier
for me performing my future job responsibilities effectively.
