It is very important to possess various types of skills in an individual so that the skills can help in
the development and growth of that individual in his personal and professional life. Learning
helps in focusing on the enhancement of the skills. The learning at the school level can help in
developing and growing professionalism. The assignment will include learning of different types

3.1 Lesson 1- Team Management Skills
Situation
Few days before, a project was assigned that had to be done in a team of six students. This
project requires the active participation of every member for the purpose of project completion.
The project basically involved the collection of critical information regarding the economic
condition of Australia. This involved the utilization of different sources for the information
gathering process. Similar to other projects, this project was comprised of different small works
but created confusion and conflicts which were handled effectively by one of the team members.

4.1 Lesson 2- Planning Skills
Situation
A situation got developed in the last month when I had to submit two assignments, attending the
classes on time and studying for the exams. The exams were there after 10 days where I had to
submit the assignment before the exams and attending all the sessions as they are also
significant. It was all a confusing and messy situation for me with such a short period of time and
lots of tasks.
The situation made me feel
This situation made me feel so bad and guilty since I have so much to do but within a short of a
period of time. I got panic and stressed as I lacked planning skills that caused such a situation
(Alexander, 2016). This situation not only created issues for me but also made me realized about
the urgent need for learning planning skills.

Regarding this situation, the reflection helped me in learning that any situation can be handled

basis of priority.
The effectiveness of this strategy will be measured by considering the next situation
when multiple tasks will be required completion at the same time. This will help in
making me aware of how effectively I have learned to apply the planning skills.
The strategy can be considered achievable as learning about planning skills is an easy
task. Getting knowledge from the mentor and teachers is the key component of the
strategy.
In Lesson 2, it can be seen that improper planning led to the creation of a messy and
