1. Identification of Business Requirements
The business requirements for the project of implementation of the new network
infrastructure are formed for registering the deployment of the effective and enhanced functional
expansion. The arrangement of the operations had helped in listing the various benefits for the
business operations. The business requirements should be aligned with the deployment of the
improved functional alignment.
2. Translate business needs into technical requirements
The project includes installation and configuration of new network infrastructure, disaster
recovery plan, upgrade of Microsoft SQL server, and isolation of LOB or line of business server.
The upgrade of email communications, virus and malware detection, and installation of the
newest office application suite are also a part of the project.
3. Match IT needs with the strategic direction
The project quality management plan comprises of three step processes namely quality
planning, quality control, and quality assurance. The completion of these three steps would result
in forming the final deliverable for the project quality management. The quality management
plan for the project of Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure is given below,
a. Quality Planning: The quality planning comprises of using effective communication
method for listing the effective communication process (Davis 2016). The quality planning
involves taking inputs from effective planning methodology and using effective tools and
techniques for developing a plan for quality improvement. The quality planning is helpful for the

effective server communication in the organization. The analysis of the profound system
expansion would involve the modification of the quality planning for the users.
b. Quality Assurance: The quality assurance for the project of Install and Configure a
New Network Infrastructure has assisted for the effective server functional development
(Farhady, Lee and Nakao 2015). The quality assurance is helpful for recording the formation of
the effective communication with the users.
c. Quality Control: The quality control for the project of Install and Configure a New
Network Infrastructure would consider the impact of the effective and improved functional
development of the users (Deligiannidis et al. 2014). The quality control would comprise of
using effective testing tools like black box testing, simulation, white box testing, and prototyping
for the developed system. The control of quality factors is helpful for forming the development
of the improved functional operations.
4. Project Scope Description
The project of “Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure” is developed for
implementing a new infrastructure for the deployment of the effective and improved
infrastructure development for the organization. The new server would be helpful for forming the

Requirements: The project of Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure would
involve a number of requirements like installation and configuration of new network
infrastructure, disaster recovery plan, upgrading of Microsoft SQL server, isolating of LOB or
line of business server, upgrade of email communications, virus and malware detection, and
installation of the newest office application suite (Chen et al. 2014). All these requirements must
be validated for ensuring that a sound plan is made for effective completion. The requirements
phase would help in requirement analysis for the project.
Design: The design phase had engrossed the development of the specific designs for
network servers and LAN connection effectively for ensuring that improved operations are
established (Nazari et al. 2017). The deployment of the network server communication would
have to integrate the system designing and developing. The design made must be feasible and
sustainable for forming the final project deliverable. The server installation is largely based on
alignment of the improved designing of the server system. The allocation of the improved
communication in integrated in the design goals and the complete design is developed
considering the client’s requirements.
Develop: This phase of Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure is
characterized by the use of system tools and configuration for the effective development
(Niknam and Karshenas 2014). The analysis of the server system development had been largely
based for developing effective communication with the organization.
Test: The testing phase for Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure project is
implied for listing the deployment of the improve functional alignment of the operations (Xia et

al. 2015). The analysis of the functionality of the operations would allow the formation of the
effective test results so that the developed designs could be implemented successfully.
Implement: This is the most important sector for the deployment of the Install and
Configure a New Network Infrastructure project (Davies and Gaved 2017). The system
developed would be implemented along with the formation of the effective communication
management. The implementation would include installation and configuration of new network
infrastructure, disaster recovery plan, upgrading of Microsoft SQL server, isolating of LOB or
line of business server, upgrade of email communications, virus and malware detection, and
installation of the newest office application suite activities. It is the most crucial phase of the
project that must be developed effective communication in the organization.
Review: The review process had assisted in forming the deployment of the enhanced
useful expansion (Ning 2014). The formation of the review process is implied for the
management of the effective communication in the organization. The deployment of the effective
communication is implied for reviewing the processes of the effective communication. The

10. Monitor delivery and acceptance of project
The pilot testing for the Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure project can
be used for monitoring the delivery and acceptance of the project. It would involve the
development of the support and system for forming the modification of the improved activities
(Reyes and Reyes 2015). The pilot testing would evaluate the existing facilities for listing the
modification of the comparative data analysis. The processes of pilot testing for network server
development are explained below,
Utilization of data: The field data or the existing data for the deployment of the network
server would be implemented for ensuring that improved data management can be employed for
the project of Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure (Sommers 2015). The
utilization of the data is implied for forming the development of the effective communication
process.
Alpha test: The alpha test is helpful for listing the factors for the development of the
environmental development of operations (Losilla 2017). The implication of the alpha tests is
formed for forming the environment for the effective communication. The alpha test results in
forming the user interface testing for the deployment of the effective operation development. The
test results for the formation of the improved activities are resulted by the formation of the
profound system development.

15PROJECT MANAGEMENT REPORT
Beta Test: The beta test is done for testing the compatibility of the server formed with the
help of consideration of a sample size (Vilalta et al. 2015). Some users would test the server by
forming the effective user results in practical test development.
11. Prepare IT support plans and maintenance or support documents
The change management process can be implied by considering the development of the
project activities for the Install and Configure a New Network Infrastructure project. The change
management had helped in forming the growth of the useful and enhanced practical progress
(Ning 2014). The change management process for Install and Configure a New Network
Infrastructure includes the following 8 steps,
Step 1: Development of urgency for implementing the change implementation in the
project. The change implementation is based on the factors of urgent deployment of the factors
for listing the improved facilities.
Step 2: Form a powerful coalition for ensuring the roles of project stakeholders. The
coalition of the sponsorship is carried on for defining the roles in the project team for forming
workshop of the stakeholders.
Step 3: Creation of the vision for change implementation. The creation of the change
vision is important for ensuring that the change management is implied for the project.
Step 4: Communication of the vision is an integral part of the change management
implementation. The project would involve the development of the effective communication of
the vision for the change implementation.

management process. The empowering of the employees is helpful for supporting organizational
development.
Step 6: Holding and gaining the change development of the effective communication
methods. The formation of the operations is helpful for forming the management of the change
development agreement
Step 8: Anchoring the changes for forming the corporate culture and alignment of the
improved functional and operational development.
12. Post Meeting Review
The post implementation review for the project of Install and Configure a New Network
Infrastructure can be done by using the checklist evaluation process. The development of the
effective and improved communication methods would be helpful for improving the operations
of the organization (Chen et al. 2014). The checklist is given below,
Checklist Item Check?
Feasible Design for the network server
