INTRODUCTION
In this report the aim is to present different challenges and skills that has been achieved
during graduation period. The project is based upon three challenges that appreciate common
presentation and t-shirt challenge. All the challenges are helpful in making development possible
of inner skills making job performance possible for job role after leaving university. The
presentation challenge is based upon Tesco which is largest supermarket chain in UK. Further, t-
shirt challenge is all about branding and financing of t-shirt brand in effective manner. The report
is reflective piece that makes analysis done upon skills based over experience and action plan
improve skills within next 3 years.
MAIN BODY
Analysis of challenges
There are mainly three types of challenges which are used for improvising skills in order
to make career growth possible. Such skills are suitable for learning with the institute of LSST
which is an popular institute for learning in England. They conducts programs and sessions
helping in building career through facing challenges for future purpose. Such challenges has
been explained as follows:
Apprenticeship challenge:
This challenge has popularity and requires to be used by an individual looking forward to
get job and analysis working environment. Also the challenge has helped me in developing
various skills according to my graduation period(Nieslony and et. al., 2018). As per this skills an
individual develop understanding about decisions through making network with the organization
people. Further, it makes business practices regulate in effective manner. I have acknowledge
may skills through internship challenge including communication regarding team work. Business
skills are used for maintaining relations by circulating information within department.

It is an much required and must have in every individual whether student or job
professional. Presentation shows in systematic manner for presenting ideas and thoughts. An
effective presentation leads towards making effective decision and resulting in making reliable
results achieved(Sadule-Rios and Aguilera, 2017). While working with Tesco its has made
analysis for delivering effective presentation communication skill which is must to showcase my
idea and be clear in language so that it would be undesirable for other. I have made development
through making presentation during my graduation period and has part of seminar and debate.
For, example Tesco has been helping for having leaders provide good training to the employees
and regain competitiveness within market. Also the analysis shows that creative and innovative
which helps team building and presenting idea through which all learn during this challenge that
is effective for time management skills. According to the presentation challenge clear set for
specific period is of time.
T-shirt challenge:
The challenge shows about bringing new T shirt brand in market. Its branding starts with
the logo and budget regarding it is $20. This challenge is important as it helps in performing
branding within market. It includes decisions regarding number of unit used for selling price
with this channels of distribution promotion and other marketing aspects are covered. Major
focus is upon branding and financing of brand with its logo over Tshirt. I have analyzed after
involving manager research about unique selling proposition and product creation that helps in
contributing towards success for an organization. It also develops potential against competitors.
Through working in group we use internet source ideas for helping in maintaining coordination
by selecting best logo which makes challenge completed effectively(Savitri, 2016).
Skills development:
Teamwork: This is an important aspects as in under it certain aspects regarding different
personalities of people with background attitude skills and thinking aspects are covered. It has
been used mainly for developing coordination making task more easy to achieve. Further,
through this success is achieved and elimination chances reduces of failure as the responsibility
is divided into groups so that each member perform practices in better manner. Handling
personality is not easy due to their thinking and behavioural patterns. So, in this requirement is

done with stages making team building possible that is necessary for leaders and management to
prepare team for favourable results various stages are used that has been explained as follows:
Forming: This is first stage of theory group and helps in getting identity to be formed
with effective team and involves communication with understanding potential abilities towards
working. In this specialization is required to be understood with my experience. I have described
my team member's capabilities as per work given to them for creating coordination.
Norming stage: In this main ficus is upon solving conflicts by maintaining unity with
integrity. The stage members get awareness created about their leaders. It make unity and
integrity maintained about approaches and leaders. Under the stage team coordination and
communication is maintained in proper manner without any delay. In my experience all members
shows unity that makes solution attained making work done properly(Singh and Sidhu, 2017).
Performing: This stage is based upon dealing with responsibilities, operations and
enthusiasm which makes members achieve objective and experiences of team. I and my team has
worked with motivation and enthusiasm helping in attaining challenges in better way. Also
target is achieved easily.
Adjourning stage: This stage has been making goals and targets achieved prominently
making decline within the performance effectively through suitable development.
Business skills and competencies
Time management: This skill is important for an individual. An organization works at
time limits and deadline which fulfills objectives with effective results. I have attained
punctuality that made need of skill improvement done in better way.
Meeting skills: An individual must have skills to meet with people and that includes
greeting communication and body posture. I have developed this skill during my graduate period
as we had to manage online classes with our teachers so that I have good knowledge about
conduct a meeting into appropriate manner(Van Liebergen, 2017).
Presentation skills I have make development within my University done in lot of
projects and presentation in order to develop idea in better way. These skills is necessary for an
organization helping in becoming motivation and inspiration for others.

CONCLUSION
This report has concluded that all the challenges and skill are interconnected with each
other. Apprenticeship and t-shirt challenge have taught a lot of skills set in terms of budgeting,
finance and marketing. Also from other report as presented a reflective piece on the skills and
knowledge regarding the challenges. At last, action plan demonstrate the skills which need to be
prepare in future.
