Introduction
Skill audit is the systematic part which are help students in order to make research on the
basis of their own strength and weakness. An audit will help the students to analysis and provide
relevant audience and developing competence. This is further related to identifying and training
or personal development course within their own sectors (Stamatis, 2021). In this assignment
skill audit is evaluated on the basis of analysing my skills. Smart goal is provided which is
related to my own skill and development. This is all related to skills audit which are effective for
increasing skills and knowledge (Study Guides, 2020).
Main Body
Three skills which are learned and find most suitable
After completing this module, I have selected three skills which I found very effective
and relevance for developing my knowledge. These three skills are:
1. Time management: This is the ability which are helpful in providing data and reliable
productivity and efficiently (Essential Study Skills: The Complete Guide to Success at
University, 2020). This is an art to manage time and accommodation to feel stressed out
and make simple procedure (Doherty and Stephens, 2021).
2. Note making: note making is second skill which id found effective and important for the
student (Positive Thinking, 2020). As this skill will help students to learn things fast and
make appropriate decision regarding study techniques and relatable approaches.
3. Academic writing: This is one of the clear, concise and focussed evidence which help
students to improve their performance (What is brainsmart, 2014). This writing skill are
descriptive, analytical and critical. This is relevant and provide specific languages
features and different approaches.
How confident do you currently feel about them
While working on this skill, it is important to understand that I know about the
performance ability in that skills (Spiller, 2021). The confidence level for addressing these skills
in my life is being an important and essential part. For time management I give 8/10 to my
confidence level. Another skill is note making for this, I give myself nearly 8/10 points to my
confidence level when I am addressing this skill. And In last for academic writing skill I give 6
points out of 10.

While making skill audit I come to know that academic writing is the skill which I
needed to be improve in my future.
SMART Goals to develop that skill
In order to improve my skills, some of the SMART goals are develop which are
discussed skill:
To improve my time management skill, I start making plans for my goals and try to
complete that goals within 3 months. Further I Will make sure that I am not being
procrastinate (Positive Thinking, 2020).
To improve my note making skill I try to note each and every work which are teach in
classroom and restudy that notes within 2 weeks.
To improve my academic writing skills, I try to write on different topics and join some
extra classes within 6 months.
Conclusion
From the above report it is concluded that skill audit is one of the important part for
understanding their own skills and performance. This is needed to be understand that skill audit
is set which include deep evaluation, analysing career and appropriate approaches. All of these
important to analysing skill and manage source to improve their own skill and knowledge.
