INTRODUCTION
An individual should involve in a process of their honest assessment in order to assess
their strengths and weakness with the help of self-reflection and introspection (Alonso-Belmonte,
2020). This will help them to analyze their skills and weaknesses to prepare an effective personal
development plan so that they can achieve success in their career life. Analyzing weaknesses will
help an individual to create an effective career and progression plan which will help them to
overcome their weaknesses. This reflective journal contains a proper assessment of my strengths
and weaknesses which has a great focus on my performance within my work life as I am
working as human resource manager in an organization which provides me several skills which
are essential for my improvement and are linked with the work based activities. I got feedbacks
which helps me to identify my strength and weaknesses so that I can achieve great success in my
professional life.

Description – an organization is required to several number of difficulties. One of those
difficulties in my organization is effective communication between employees which has
increases the employee turnover rate and affects the profitability of the organization. This has
created a difficult situation for me to manage the situation by providing a proper satisfaction to
the employees and enhance their skills regarding effective communication between them.
Feelings - I feel that it is very essential to consider the situation and take several important steps
for the effective performance of employees as human resource manager. The found out that I can
use several appropriate communication strategies in order to improve internal communication.
Evaluation - In order to take effective actions it is essential to evaluate the situation according to
the intended goals and objectives of the company and it has found out an effective
communication strategy which will help the company to maintain their internal communication

organizational theory which is effective for my future growth that is human relation theory. Bing
