1.Description
Introduction
Hello my name is John and I am looking for internship in order to grab more
opportunities for my future. I am interested in technical and management skills in order to get
more opportunities and learn about more things. Along with this I have so many skills which
contribute and act as my strength. Along with this in order to grab more opportunities it is
very important for me to conduct personal skill audit because personal scale audits are
recognised as a soft skills which are not much easy to teach. The personal skills are also
called as interpersonal and the examples of personal skills can be adaptability motivation
problem solving and analytical skills and many More. That is why it is very important for me
to conduct personal skills Audit and described about my own progress so that I can analyse
and monitor my goals and my growth in order to get more success and overcome the
problems and weakness.
Goals
I am looking for more opportunities in order to gain self confidence and support my
classmate to learn about more things. I want to be become specific relevant time-bound
measurable and attainable in order to achieve my goals and objectives. Along with this, in
order to improve my skills and achieve my goals and objectives during an internship it is very
important for me to build teamwork and problem solving skills so that I can develop all the
sub skills along with it is very important for me to maintain my time management skills in
order to complete the task in an appropriate time frame. Along with this it is very important
for me to work in an ethical manner so that I can follow appropriate code of conduct in order
to follow work ethics.
Why you have joined university
There's more to university than just getting an education. This university education
provides you with the information, skills, confidence, and experience necessary to assist me
in improving my environment. Whether I am a high school graduate or an adult student,

university provides me with a plethora of fresh options and allows me to take charge of my
own destiny. It is very important for the individual as well as for me to select appropriate
University in order to get success. It helps me to enhance my capabilities and develop my
essential skills which are required by me in order to work in an authentic manner and get
more opportunities and build my skills. It also assists me to expand my network and find the
mental so that I can learn it easily and get success.
2. Feelings
While good feelings like appreciation, compassion, and arrogance can stimulate us to
work harder to achieve our goals—and keep us from engaging in unethical behaviour—they
all have additional benefit: they nurture our social connections, which lead to more
achievement and pleasure. The one thing I appreciate about online programmes is that they
have taught me how to be self-sufficient and manage my time between job and family
obligations. Because my family uses the internet as often as I do, online learning is
perplexing and difficult for me.
3. Evaluation
What was positive about this situation?
Online education is the system which allows and permits both student and teacher to
identify and determine about their own learning practices with several benefits of being
capable to develop and create a schedule that works for everybody. As a consequences
adopting an online education platform permit for amended balance among the work and
among the study therefore no sacrifice are necessary
What was negative?
Feedback is limited and causes social isolation. Along with is it requires more time
and required good management skills. I faced several kinds of problems like problem with
time management and self management. As in a professional workplace it isn't acceptable and
it is very difficult for me to manage the time. Therefore a balance between academic and
personal life and works becomes so challenging for me and it created several challenges and
problems for me.
What went well?
Increased assessment frequency can help to decrease distractions. One of the benefits
of online courses is that assessment may become a more continuous process.
What didn't go so well?

The intricacy of its actual application demonstrates the positive effects of online
learning. These consequences include the fact that technology is not always efficient, that it is
more difficult for students to understand topics being taught, that online learning can lead to
social isolation, and that students are less likely to develop necessary communication skills.
During the internship and attending online education I analyse that the importance of social
media and digital platform in order to get more success. Digital platform become so
important for the individuals in order to make their work easy and so smart in order to Grab
more opportunities in an effective manner.
What did you and other people do to contribute to the situation?]
All the people and me try to analyse the situation and work on it accordingly. In
addition to this my team members and we are trying to improve and enhance my skills in
order to become capable so that we can overcome the threats and gain more opportunities. In
addition to this all the people and me as well at rhyming to identifying the problems and
challenges and find the appropriate solution so that we can get in touch with our mentor and
talk to them about it so that weekend adjusting into a new place and overcome the challenges
in an appropriate manner
4. Analysis
How could this have been a more positive experience for everyone involved?
This has been a more positive experience because everybody get a chance to enhance
their skills and get more opportunities for their future and achieve their goals and objectives
in an appropriate manner. In addition to this it is more beneficial for the individual because it
assist them as well as assist me to identify the strategies in order to overcome the challenges
and also assist me to find the appropriate way so that I can get more opportunities and
direction in order to become successful and achieve my goals and objectives in an appropriate
and effective manner
If you were faced with the same situation again, what would you do differently?
I will not going to face same situation again because I will going to do my task
accordingly in addition to this if I want to overcome the threat and do not want to face the

same situation then I have to enhance my team leadership skills and my technical and
management skills in order to handle the situation in an appropriate manner
All over I analyse that there are several kinds of problems and issues which are facing
by me during internship. There are several kinds of things like some negative and some
positive. It also helps me to get more positive experience and also assist me and provide me
some experience so that I can work accordingly in an effective manner. In addition to this in
order to overcome the challenges I also completed my skills audit so that I can analyse the
existing set of skills and analyse the requirement of these skills and knowledge in the future.
5. Conclusion
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that if things continue like
this then it support me and support everyone to get more positive outcomes and achieve their
goals and objectives in an appropriate manner. In addition to this is a strategy and program
support the person to overcome the threats and enhance the opportunities possibilities. To
maintain appropriate routine I am going to set a routine to keep me focus and stick with it.
