INTRODUCTION
For every person it is essential to conduct personal audit because through it they can
determine and understand their strengths through which they can attain their opportunities in
career as well as they also able to determine weakness which need to improve so that they can
avoid threat which may take place in future (Bennis, 2020). In addition to this they also need to
conduct personal development planning as that will help in developing as well as growing future
in effective and successful manner. The respective report is divided into two section, first one
cover audit and evaluation of key skills of a person so that they can understand their strengths
and weak skills. Another section of respective report is personal development research and
planning in which planning is conducted for improving weak skills in effective manner.

For every person it is necessary to conduct those practices which will help them in
developing skills, abilities and capabilities as that lead to growth of successfully career. This
practice will also help them in enhancing career opportunity by improving as well as polishing
their skills, abilities and capabilities (Decker, 2020). While I am conducting this report I able to
understand that there are some of my skills which I can donate it with strengths as well as I also
able to know my weak skills which I need to improve for developing a successful career
effectively. During conducting this report I done my work in a team which help me in analyzing
my some of the essential skills which I need to polish and improve so that I can develop effective
as well as successful career impressively. I analyze that there are several skills which are needed
for developing a successful career such as decision making, communication, self discipline,
research, planning, organizing, and time management and so on. This is so because by having all
these skills I able to conduct my work in best manner which leads to attainment of desire goal in
impressive way. From all these skill I have some skills which are my strengths such as self
discipline, time management, organization and many others. On the hand there are several skills

This show that I need to polish my skills which are strengths as well as I need to improve weak
one so that I can grab future opportunities in effective manner. In addition to this, I need to
develop all these skills because through communication skill I can easily interact with my
superior, subordinates, clients, stakeholders and so on. Moreover, by enhancing problem solving
skill I can easily solve the issues of my colleges as well as team which help me in showing my
effective work quality. I also need to enhance my problem solving skills because I am not able to
solve issues of other and team which decreases my value in team which is seems as a hurdle for
the enhancing performance and developing effective career. In addition to this I also need to
enhance my team work skill because currently I am not much comfortable in working within a
team but now in every company work are allotted in team so I need to improve respective skill
for the development of career successfully. Enhancement of team work skills also lead to
improvement of several other skills such as coordination skill, understanding skill, work under
pressure skill and so on (Durso, 2020). This show by developing respective skill I can leads to
improvement of in my career growth successfully. In addition to this I will able to develop my
work effectively in the team. Skill in which I am lacking I get know when I am working in a
team for respective project, at first when I allotted project in a team I not feel much comfortable
because in team I not know each and every member. At the initial stage my performance in team
was very bad as I not able to communicate with team members due to which I also not able to
conduct my work properly for the attainment of desire outcome. My this type of behaviour also
impact on the outcome of team so we all conduct interaction session so that we understand each
other and get comfortable because when we not feel comfortable with each other we not able to
conduct work in team properly as we get hesitated.

every industry because communication is take place at everywhere and if a person didn’t have
respective skill they go through several issues which impact on their performance as they not
able to communicate with each other. In respect of my situation when I am working in a team
while developing the project at the initial stage I am not able to interact with my team members
as I my introvert and I feel shy while interacting with new person. Due to this, I am not able to
perform properly in team which impact on my output as well as my team performance. So I need
to improve my skill as that will help me in conduct proper interaction with others as well as that
will also enhance my performance. Due to increase in respective skill I able to grow my career
by getting proper opportunity.

Gibbs reflection cycle is introduced by Graham Gibbs in the 1988 in order to provide

work which is allotted to them. According to my situation when I know my strength skill
I feel happy because through that I conduct work properly as well as I also able to full
contribute to the team. On the other hand when I know my weak skill I feel very bad
because I not able to contribute to the team fully.
Evaluation – In this phase an individual need to need to determine what was the good and
what was bad during experiencing specific situation. In respect of my situation when I
determine my strength skill I evaluate that it is good situation because through that I able
to perform work in best manner. In addition to this when I know my weak skills I feel
bad because I am not able to contribute with my team performance properly.
Analysis – At respective phase an individual need to analyze what else a person may do
in a specific situation for attaining desire goal successfully (Oh, DiNitto and Powers,
2020). In context of my situation I analyze that I feel shy while communicating with the
new people which is wrong I must interact with my team members because that will help
me in conducting team work properly for attaining desire goal.
Conclusion – It is the second last stage of gibbs reflective cycle in which an individual
will conclude the whole things which they done in a particular time or situation. In
respect of me I need to conduct work in team and while conducting my work I determine
that I need to improve my some skills so that I can conduct my work properly and

they can improve the situation and avoid appearance of same mistake next time. In
respect of my situation I need to develop action plan so that I can enhance my weak skills

competencies which I already possess. So, the main valuable skill that I gain from internship is

Internship is considered as a better learning opportunity which is generally offered
through employer to potential individuals which is known as interns. Moreover, it is an
opportunity to test drive individuals career without forming any serious commitments. This also
facilitates me with lessons, experiences and tools I required to obtain a full time appearance into
future. Along with this, it provides me a chance to develop as well as learn before entering into
the working world in fully manner. Also, one of the most essential things that I may gain from
respective learning opportunities is spanking knowledge. It facilitates me an understanding how
to accomplish work which are significant to my desired career path as well as sharpening the
competencies which I already possess. So, the main valuable skill that I gain from internship is
the capability to communicate with persons. Some more skills are discussed below that is
