INTRODUCTION
It is very important for the individual to make an effective audit of their skills so that the
deviation in the personality in relation to skills and qualities. This audit helps the individual to
make improvements in their personality and becomes successful in their personal as well as for
their professional life. There are number of factor which is required to be analyse by the
individual to make them their strength (Iordanou, 2021). This report is based on personal skills
development under which different types of skills are described which is required to be
developed. An effective reflective report are also include in this report which provides an
information related to the learning journey in group activity. It also include brief discussion
related to the CV which contains general information.
TASK
2.0 Audit and Evaluation of Key Skills
This learning experience enables me that there are many skills which I lack in my
personality. The development of these skills bare very important because there are many
occasions where I have to face difficulties and failures. It is not right to say that the these skills
are present in the person by their birth because all these skills are developed by the handwork
and continuous efforts (Lock, Becker and Redmond, 2021). It is very important for the individual
that they conduct personal SWOT analyses so that they does not have to faces these difficulties
and failures in their life. It depends upon the adaptability and attitude of the individual that how
they take the chances and also how they react on the changes occurred in the environment. It is
essential for the individual that that it evaluate the changes effectively and make considerable
changes in their personality. This helps the individual to make their place in the market and
becomes updated. If the individual becomes updated towards the trends and changes occur in the
environment then they are able to grab all the opportunities and also ready to deal with different
threats arises in the future. It also helps the individual to understand the different aspect of life
effectively.
There are three skills that I have lack in my personality and these skills are developed by
me in this learning. The three skills are Team work skills, communication skills and Information
technology skills. These are important skills which I analysed that my attitude lack. The
analysation of these skills are only possible due to personal SWOT analyses. These skills plays

an important skills in the life of individual because it enables the individual to understand the
concept of life effectively. Theses skills not only helps the individual in their personal life but
also in their professional life. The brief discussion related to these skills are given below:
2.1 Teamwork Skills:- It is related to those skills of the individual which is related to the team
management skills and team spirit of the individual. This skill plays an important role in the life
of the individual because it helps them to perform better in any team (Marshall and Honey,
2021). It is required for the individual to develop leadership skills in their personality so that
they can perform the duty of team leader in the organisation. The development of team is very
important in the management of organisation because it promotes the innovation and creativity in
the organisation.
2.2. Communication Skills:- It refers to those skills of the individual which helps them to
interact different types of peoples. It is one of the most important skill which should be present in
the individual because it attracts other people towards the individual. The communication skills
not only helpful in the personal life but it also has great importance in professional career. These
skills helps the individual to interact with different types of clients and makes their interaction
beneficial for their organisation. I have to face many difficulties to develop these skills in my
personality because I have to read and interact different types of person to develop these
strategies.
2.3. IT Skills:- It refers to the knowledge of computer and different types of technology. As
internet becomes common then the use different types of technology in their working so it is
important for the individual to develop effective IT skills so that they can use these technology
(Miller, Mayo and Podlog, 2021). The new and advance technology helps the individual to make
their life easy and effective. I use to be a part many workshops under which I use to be friendly
with different technology skills.
2.4 Gibbs Reflective Cycle
Gibbs reflective cycle is one of the most effective and common model of reflection which is used
by the many peoples to reflect their personal experience on any journey. This cycle has provided
different stages to the user so that they reflects their journey. The brief discussion related to the
same are given below:
Description

There is a serious task are present which our teacher allotted to group of five student to complete
it properly. I am also the part of the team under which we have to develop effective report on
skills development. This project is very interesting because it requires different types of skills in
the team members to complete this projects. We all have same vision and mind set which helps
us to make effective decision on any topic.
Feeling
At the time when our teacher allotted this project to us I feel very uncomfortable and confident
less because of lack some skills in mine. I personally neglect to my teacher that I am not able to
do this project but they told me that its a golden chance for me because this project helps me to
develop those skills. I started to work on this project and my confident becomes strong. At the
last of this project, I am very confident that I can do these types of project in my future.
Evaluation
One of the most positive part of this project is that it helps to develop different types of skills in
me and all other member of team. It develops team spirit and management skills in all of us. The
development of these skills helps us to achieve success in our life (Newton, Grabe and Stoller,
2018). The only negative part of this type of project is that it develops pressure and anxiety in the
individual which negatively impacts on the health of different members.
Analyses
There are different different experiences are faced by me to complete this projects. Some were
the good experience and some are the bad experiences. One of most positive experience which I
face in this journey is that we the five members of team which becomes good friends. If I am
facing problem in any situation or project they always available for the support. The negative
experience of this project is that some of the members becomes demotivated because they are
not able to perform effectively.
Conclusion
There are many things which are developed in my personality while doing this project because it
helps me to develop effective and efficient skills in my personality. The skills are research skills,
interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork skills and many many more. These skills
are beneficial for me because it helps me in future if I am working on these types of project.
Action plan

This project has develop considerable level of confidence in me which helps me to deal this type
of project again. The skills which I develop while performing this project is the reason for this
project in my life is the reason for this confident.
3.0 Personal Development Research and Planning
There are many skills which I believed that it is required to be developed in my
personality because it helps the me to become more attractive and problem solving person. There
are many problems are arises in my life which requires superior solution to solve these problems.
It is very important for the management of life that the person has these skills because it helps
them to manage the time between different activities of life. I have to face many difficulties and
failure in my life. The development of these skills help me to deal with these problems
effectively. The brief discussion related to the same are given below:
Time management skills-
It is related to those skills of the individual which helps them to manage the limited time
between personal and professional aspect of their life. Under this skill the individual is required
to develop effective time table under which all the activities of day to day life are given proper
time so that the individual can provide considerable time to their different aspect of life. The
time management skills are very important for me because it helps me to develop different types
of qualities in me such as punctuality and many more.
Research skills-
It refers to those skill of the individual which helps them to develop effective conclusion
on any topic with the helps of deep research. There are many qualities should be present in
individual to make an research such as writing skills and learning skills. The research skills
enables the Individual to find new and interesting facts from their research so that the new thing
can be understand by world (Pilapitiya and Peiris, 2021). The research skills helps me very much
to find the facts and figures in relation to the management and other disciplines which are
necessary for my project.
Creative thinking
It is very important for the individual that they think out of the box tom becomes success
in their career. Today the world be becomes more competitive and complex where the normal
thinking is not sufficient also it requires creative thinking so that they deal with different aspect

of life effectively. The creative thinking of the individual enables them to provide innovative
ideas in the team and their level and respect in the team becomes increases. It is required for me
that I develop creative thinking in me so that I became success in my professional career.

The main reason for making these efforts to develop these skills is to grab different
opportunities present in the market to achieve the success. There are many opportunities are
present in the market which has ability to make the individual successful (Sato and McKay,
2020). It depends upon the abilities of the person that how they evaluate the opportunity and
what steps they have taken to gain that opportunity. There are different opportunities are present
such as Internships and volunteering. These are some of the opportunities which are present in
the market and if the individual can grab this then it becomes favourable for the development of
them.
3.1 Volunteering
It refers to those opportunities under which the individual get the work of management in
any of the event. Under these events the individual is required to join any event and work there
without any pay. The main benefit of this type of work is that there is special skills and
experience are added in the resume of the individual. The resume having these type of skills and
work experience can attract the recruiters and the chances of getting the job increases. It is very
important for me to find types of jobs and events where I can give my services. This helps me to
make my resume more attractive. There are some companies are present in the market which
organises many workshops. I need to join these workshops under which different types of skills
are developed and also the provides considerable work experience which becomes favourable for
me.
3.2 Internships
It is related to those opportunities which is developed by many business organisations.
Under these opportunities the business organisation organises framework under which the
individual can work in the organisation without being their actual employee. The main benefit of
this type of framework is that it helps to develop effective market knowledge and and also
becomes friendly with different corporate culture (Schönfeldt and Birt, 2020). It is very
important for the development of individual that they becomes familiar with the market
knowledge and corporate culture so that they does not face any difficulty in their professional

career. It is important for me that I use to join different internship so that the process of skill
development can take place effectively. This experience helps me to develop different corporate
knowledge.
