INTRODUCTION
Skills audit focuses on several qualities, skills that are present within a specified people as
it aids in finding several key areas where strengths and weakness of the people lies so several
plans can be made in order to improves them. There are several skills and knowledge that
requires to be have within a person so that the best job opportunities get within future. Time
management, note taking, team work are some skills that are discussed within this report and
each and every students must learn such skills to perform better at university. It not only helps
them in academically but also in their personal life also (Rattray, 2020). Every individuals
requires to understand the new skills during their whole lifetime to succeed and grow. Present
report focuses that why these skills analysis has explained about why such skills are vital for
lifetime about skills as well as going to develop skills. In studying at University that I have learnt
several skills such as time management, note taking as well as team work that are very useful
within performing several tasks within more professional manner.
SKILLS ANALYSIS
Note taking skills- While studying , I have learnt that several methods that can be utilized to
makes notes so that whatever information provided by the lecturer can be easily gained and
learned. It is always keep in mind that notes needs to be simple, brief and short , anyone can
understand them within a single view. Notes taking skills is termed as to write the crucial
information or main idea for better understanding within future (Puspita. and Kusumaningtyas,
2017). Yes note taking skills is vital as a students as by the help of it contributes within
increasing listening and learning skills of the students , it is a good habit that can be developed
by each and every student who studied within in high school. I feel more ecstatic and satisfied
while note taking as it makes me stress free during my exam as whatever topic I need to
understand by the help of such notes regarding specific topics. I also feels confident that can
surely helps me within future to retain several main points for longer period so that task can be
completed within more better form. I have also planned to improves my skills regarding to the
note taking through actively listening to the lecturer what they teach us , avoid distractions as
well as review notes time to time.
Time management skills- For better outcome time management skills can be used time more
effectively , productively and efficiently through arranging tasks within sequence order that

requires to be performed first in order to the better outcome. It is one of the vital skills that
requires to be present as an employer before hiring any candidate they need to check their
punctuality . Time is a precious thing and once it’s gone it will never came back and this thing
needs to understand so individuals put their best efforts to use their time in order to grow within
life. Yes I am also feels confident about time management skills as it increases personality of
the people. As earlier discussed it decreases the stress so the student or any other individual can
devote more time as well as efforts in order to complete task (Nwanyanwu, 2017). According to
my opinion , there are various methods that is planned by me in order to improves my time
management skills for example making schedules of actions that requires to be performed within
a specified day, also needs to set up deadline within which I could complete my task. I make sure
that I am not involving in the multitasking activities so that there must be no confusion occurs
and tasks can be completed within best possible way.
Team work skills- It is considered as ability of individual to coordinate with other people to
work within a team in order to complete the project or any provided task given to them. It is vital
because the candidates who have team work skills are on the priority basis of the employer due
to the various reasons. For example, leadership style and effective collaboration present with
them. Team management skills are also vital as it needs within every business or even in any
entity from information technology to the food industry. In order to be as a good team workers
the candidates must have an effective communication skills, positive attitude and also
interpersonal skills that aids them in building better coordination and strong relationship. I feels
that through developing team skills that aids within managing diverse employees or individuals
to work together in order to complete a common objective by giving their efforts and their
loyalty towards it. There are several key strategies through which my team management skills
can be improves for the benefits in the future so that the better understanding of the view, ideas
of various individuals. From all of these I also came to learn that by reading books of successful
leaders and their articles and also searching their way of managing team on Google also
achieves the task related team work (Puspita. and Kusumaningtyas, 2017).

skills requires to be present as Time is consider as a precious thing and individuals needs to put

their best efforts as it increases personality as well as efforts in order to complete task. Time
management makes the person punctual and also improves their working efficiency in any field
not in academic area but also in person life also time management plays a vital role. Report
further focused on Team work skills as when so many opinions are there in order to complete
one task than task can be completed very efficiently and rapidly so it is important for any firm
that their employees have team working skills.
