The main objective of this report is to reflect on the various skills such as employability,
transferable and how these skills are essential for the various working scenarios. In addition
to that, this report comprises of the various skills and capabilities which is essential for the
work settings. In addition to that it involves the evaluation and articulation of the various
competencies, experiences and skills in reference to the organisational settings. Moreover,
the report involves the learning reflection which is important for the purpose to uplift the
career plans and my future goals.
Reflecting on the relationship between relevant theory and practice in my own work-related
experiences and goals
The relationship and integration practices and theory are considered to be one of the effective
and the most asked question which is very important in development of the professional
expertise and vocational competence (Mello, L.V. and Wattret, G., 2021).
It also involves different theories of the management which are carried out in the
workplace which contributes towards the performance and supports in improving the skills at the
workplace. In context to management practices, these are typically focuses upon the different
theories that comprises of various activities and practices in relation to the work based
environment. In addition to that, the professional development coursework, the application of
these theories is considered to be highly significant in order to judge the performance of students
who are the part of the work based learning (Davies, T., Macaulay, L. and Pretorius, L., 2019).
In addition to that, the work based culture theories such as Gibbs basically suggests the
abilities and skills which supports the career development and also helps the employees to work
with greater effectiveness and efficiency. With the application of Gibbs theories of academic
models, it helps in supporting various phenomena. In addition to that, these theoretical
framework helps in development of synthesis explaining the critics. In context to practice, it
helps in describing how people applies skills and knowledge in a specific situation. Moreover,
developing and understanding the theory is essential for the purpose to determine the various

employability skills. In addition to the bucks graduate attributes, i have stated below the graduate
attributes in context to the abilities.
Self development and leadership: In context to leadership, it is one of the aspect instructing and

and for career growth. In addition to that self development, it basically refer to the attributes for
the purpose to determine the efforts to improve my personality through improving skills and self

induces and inspires the fellow peers for the purpose to perform in a better way. In addition to
