Career Prospects: Career prospective is defined
as the probability and chances to gain success in
specific profession. Training awards improves
career prospective of trainee and apprentice. I
have decided various short, medium as well as
long-term career perspectives that helps me to
attain future goals and objectives properly.

Progression opportunities
The main progression opportunity which can materialize
after graduation is of gaining an internship as a marketing
analyst at a reputed corporation. The justification for
materialization of this opportunity is that the position of
marketing analyst is now more important than before as
most marketing decisions are made on the basis of analysis
of large amount of consumer data. This has increased the
demand of marketing analyst in business firms.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is determined that, conducting skills audit is an essential
step towards understanding the future career prospects which are suitable for an
individual. This because skills audit helps understand personal strengths,
weaknesses, attributes and attitude which palsy a role in securing employment after
graduation and assists in attaining long-term career objectives. SWOT analysis is
also helpful in determining current capabilities along with opportunities and threats.
