INTRODUCTION
Reflection is all about projecting the individual experience as an individual. This
project is all about the reflective report in respect to different experiences. Henceforth, this
project would depict about the different experience of gaining different skills as an individual
in attending various challenges. Each challenge as an individual faced would be analysed in
this project. Furthermore, proper action plan would frame to improve the effectiveness by
removing the negative areas associated with the project.
MAIN BODY
Reflection over report
This project would cover all the key areas associated with the skill development and
improvement. I have taken three different challenges denoted as apprentice, presentation and
t shirt challenge. While attending all these challenges I get to develop all different skills and
capabilities that are denoted as communication skill, team work, time management, meeting
skill, business skill and other such skills. Each challenge I faced would analysed in the future
part of the project. On the basis of the demerits associated with my personality I would reflect
the proper action plan in this project. I have faced challenges like apprentice, presentation and
t shirt challenge.

to attend the respective challenges I get to learn all differ skills that can be projected in the

Apprentice challenge
This challenge has supported me in developing various skills that can demonstrate in
the following manner.
Communication skill
Over the period of time while attending apprentice challenge I get to learn all different
skills. Communication played an effective role to complete the challenge. I required to

Over the period of time while attending apprentice challenge I get to learn all different
skills. Communication played an effective role to complete the challenge. I required to

interact and communicate with different stakeholders that has supported me in achieving my
overall potential to complete the challenge.
Team work
I also get to develop an effective team work skill through the apprentice challenge i
entertained. This challenge was needed to work in the team that has developed while
attending the challenge. (Tauber, 2019).
Emotional intelligence
I also learnt emotional intelligence as an individual while performing apprentice task
like apprentice, presentation and t shirt challenge. This is all about maintaining the
intelligence at the emotional level. Many times we take decisions on the basis of out
emotional mentality which can hamper all out future results. This skill allow an individual to
control its emotional side to not to hamper the outcomes of the life.
Time management
I have also learnt time management by attending challenges like apprentice,
presentation. This is another crucial skill which allowed me to achieve the objectives and best
level of outcomes as an individual. I have learnt that managing time is the best potential an
individual can hold (Fukumura and Kojiri, 2018). Even after having the most hectic schedule
time management skill allow an individual to perform all its responsibilities. I get to learn
time management which has supported me in completing all the three challenges I get to face
as an individual.
Meeting skill
Meeting skill is also a key skill which I got to adopt in me during the completion of
apprentice challenge. This is the approach that needed to entertain while conducting any
specific meeting as an individual. Conducing meeting on the regular basis is a key functional
area that needed to consider while performing in the team (Palmer, 2018). I get to learn the
ways to conduct the meeting, approaches used to motivate the team members attending the
meeting and ways to assess the meeting.

Implementation
To improve my emotional intelligence and communication skills, I joined online class
whereas trainers teachesme to how to improve my communication skills and coordinates
my body language with verbal communication so that I can communicate with people in
effective manner (Hamburg, O’brienand Vladut, 2019). To improve time management
skills, I used 4D management tool that helps me improve my time management skills for
example I followed all guidelines which enlisted in the tool and completes all tasks within
time. I read good journals to understand how to make good team worker in the workplace
and I try to work with my colleagues on same project so that I can make myself comfy with
them while working on a project. Thus, improved my teamworking skills. To improve my
business skills, I took guidance from the successful business owners and follows their signs
honestly. To improve my competencies, I joined training session wherein I work over my
presentation and ICT skills from which I was lacking behind. I took three years to improve
my all weak areas effectively.
