INTRODUCTION
To have higher performance and satisfaction there are some skills and
professionalism which is required in an individual. The following report is going to
discuss the skills and challenges which one has to face to be able to achieve the goals
and targets they have set for themselves. This is done to make sure that there is higher
satisfaction and understanding them cell to make it easier to develop and achieve their
goals.
MAIN BODY
Developed as a learner
From the modules there is a lot of learning and understanding which I have
developed. I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses and the skills which I have to
develop overtime to be able to achieve my goals. The report is going to discuss the the
development as a learner of my skills.
 Problem solving
There are going to be a lot of issues and challenges which are going to develop and
I would have to solve them on time so that these small issues do not become a bigger
issue in the future. The module has shown that how the small issues can become a big
conflict or a boundary to be able to achieve my success (Setiawan and et.al., 2020).
Conflicts are never good to be able to have a clear direction in which I should be
working towards there for solving the problems is very essential for me. There are going
to be different opinion of everyone and being able to solve the problems is going to
make the best come out of the group on time and the satisfaction level is going to be
higher.
 Communication
There is a lot of knowledge and experience which one can gain from communication
since there are people who are more experience than I am in the market. There are a

lot of subjects and topics which I am not aware of and with communication I would be
able to have that achievement and also be able to maintain a good relationship with
everyone around me (Utami and Kurniady, 2019). There are a lot of assignments which
are given to the students in university and to be able to achieve them there has to be
good communication which is required so that there is going to be higher outcomes
which can be expected from the team. I have to develop this skill so that I will be able to
gain confidence overall which is going to make me leading and gain more experience in
this skill as well.
 Creativity
Getting a unique identity is very important in everything which is around because
that is going to give me a unique factor for myself. This is my strength since I am able to
communicate and connect with the community and also have more ideas to be able to
solve the problems around me effectively. Creativity also gets money saving factors
which is going to be very good for my future development (Shakirova and et.al., 2019).
There are going to be more ideas which can generate from creative factor which is
going to make the performance of the organization improve. Example there are going to
be higher expectations which are going to be present out of me from everyone for
getting the work done in a unique manner.
Approach the future challenges and expectations
There are going to be e a lot of expectation and challenges which I would be
facing in university course. It is very important for me to take the right decision at the
right time so that there is a better improvement and I will be able to develop effectively.
The following report is going to discuss the challenges which I would be facing in future.
 Scheduling
For a University it is very important to take part in all the activities and be able to
learn for which course I would selected in university. There are a lot of activities for
which I would have to do scheduling so that I would be able to have and give time to all

the important factors for my personal development (Amin and et.al., 2020). Time
management is very important to be able to achieve the success and there are a lot of
activities which are held in a University for personal development.
 Lack of engagement
I am a much focused student therefore it is going to be a disadvantage for me to
take part in the activities which are going to be provided by the University. There is a
hectic schedule which students and employees can have in the university but being a
focus student is not going to make me develop much therefore it is important for me to
be able to take part in all the activities so that I could develop overall (Brito, Ciampi and
Barros, 2017). I am so focused that getting involved in anything else is not what I can do
which is a great drawback and needs to be improved so that there is going to be higher
performance which is going to be present.
 Learning habits
The one thing I have developed over years is that it of my learning habit but in the
long run this can also be a great challenge for me to be able to concentrate on anything
else. I have a very direct goal for myself and to be able to achieve that I have to develop
overall and not just in few of the skill and knowledge (Smith, 2020). There are a lot of
subjects which are present and they all have to be studied and understood so that there
is a bit of knowledge and will be able to guide me better with the career goal I have.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there is a need of good
communication, problem solving, creativity, etc kind of skills so that an individual will be
satisfied with his lifestyle. To be able to have satisfaction in life there is a requirement of
a lot of skills and knowledge which is going to be beneficial and the targets are going to
be achieved.
