INTRODUCTION
The professionals as well as the students seems out to use some challenges so that they can
perform those on the basis of some skills and knowledges. There can be a huge possibility is the
developmental career and performing the duties as well. The business functions have been
included in these challenges on the basis of smooth performance in the organisations as well as
in the businesses. Some smart objectives as well as goals helps in having a well embraced career
development and the growth (Beresford and Hirst, 2020).

I have simply suggest some challenges and I need to improve my skills and knowledge so
that there can be huge possibility of growth in the career. LSST is one institution of United
Kingdom. The full form of LSST is London School of Social Science and the technology is one
of the best education and institution. The master programmes that are offering by them helps in
the skills as well as professional development. The components included in LSST are mentioned
below:
Apprentice challenges LSST-: This is the first challenge which includes some skills that
helps in the growth development. Communication skills-: It refers to such skills which is quiet important for the career
development and skills enhancement. The learnt communication skills gives a unique
improvement is the framing of the sentences as well as to have a good communication
between two people or a bunch of people. These institute also helps to me trained in
technical course so helps to learned the various skills. Teamwork-: Such type of skills in LSST plays a vital role because it helps the insitution
to have a conferences, group activities or the growth of team enhancement in order to

members and an ability to work more effectively. Time management-: Managing the time and one the basis of time there is a need to have

which have been offered e-commerce traditional bricks and preferences. Under the TESCO
challenge, there is a need to have accommodative as well as partnership challenge. There are
some good and effective ways in which the team members have a quality of better presentation,
communication and many others. Communication skills-: there is a need to good communication skills in front of all the
members. There is a need to have various skills and the knowledges based on
communication. There are many seminars and conferences have been developed and on
the basis of it, communication skills are very important for me because it simply helps
me in reducing the fear of public speaking. In relation with TESCO. Training are given to
employees so that there skills must be largely enhanced. Teamwork-: A teamwork is very important because to be presented in front of audience.
The manager of TESCO must have a good team spirit in order to achieve goals. Time management-: managing the time simply leads to have a better decision process.
The organisation must be well managed and the work life balance is quiet effective.

shows will power and an ability to have better management skills on the basis of logo, branding,
pricing strategy and many others. The budget plan and fixed cost are also included in the t-shirt
challenge. Communication skills-: The challenge is simply suggest a usage of good language in

last performance so accordingly plan more practising power point within six months.
Measurable-: The next objective is an ability to create images, graphs and couple of media
as well. An effective usage of power point are all included in measurable.
Achievable-: The skills are quiet important in the performance improvement as well as
career development. There is a need to have effective skills enhancement and learning of some
new and effective skills as well.
Relevant-: Only working with power point 25% of my job and now move up so spend
50% of my time creating power points presentations.
Time bound-: Within six month, I want to learn these skills effectively and perform work in
effectively (Kassem, 2019).
