INTRODUCTION
Skills are qualities which individual have to attain their life goals. To understand concept
of personal skills, this report has been formulated. It define the use of skill audit for identifying
my skills as well as SMART tool which help in find out way to improve skills and capabilities
which require improvement. This report also define the pricing rate used by Samsung and I
Phone.

SKILLS: The term skills refer abilities and qualities of a person have through which they
can able to attain their objectives (Tan, and Laswad, 2018). Theses skills are help in achieve the

dealing during the time of fulfilling my responsibilities. Following are skills I need to work on
Communication skills: My communication skills are not good this is the main reason I
am not able to crack my job interviews, even though during the time of job premise due to lack
of communication skills I am not able to say any one no thus I am suffers from have work
burden, I am not able to share my tough perception regarding business,and it directly impact on
my work performance. Thus it is really essential for me to enhance my communication skills.
Conflict resolution skills: Due to lack of communication skills I am not able how to
solve issue arises within or outside the organization. There will be many times when conflict
arise during the time of working period and it is really hard for me to take decision and resolve
conflict.
Time management skills: This is consider as most appropriate skills as for being
successful in life person need to become punctual. I am not punctual person, this is the reason
that most of my project not competed with given time period and this also impact on my work
performance. Due to this I have to suffers from many issues (Zhang, Dai and Vasarhelyi,
2018).
Creative thinking: For become successful and achieve of life goals it is really
mandatory for individuals that they have creative thinking skills. I am not able to provides new
idea regarding innovation of some product or technologies or any idea which help in enhance
growth of working premises.
