sector of working of an organization. In this context it can be stated that if these two factors are
taken into consideration it would be directly affecting the overall working of the organization.
The main aim of the report is to focus on the different skills and competencies which
would be engaged in the sector of working of an organization. the main focus area is related to
the enhancement and gaining of competitive advantage of the organization.
Chosen skill and competencies
There are different forms of skills and competencies which are related to the working of
the line manager, and in most of the cases, it can be seen that it is directly linked to the goal and
objective of the organisation. The main focus point which can be related to the concept which is
playing a major role is stated and explained below:
Communication: Communication can be considered as one of the major factors which
should be included in the factor of the line manager which plays a significant role. In most of
the cases, it can be seen that the communication sector which is applied to the employee
