Self-assessment
In this paper I will discuss about some points that are very much interesting and
important for the overall development of my skills in the better manner. I have found out some
areas in which I will need to improve by setting some goals before me. There are some skills and
competencies in which I will need to improve more (Shields et al. 2015). I should possess the
skills through which I will be able to convince the customers and work for the overall betterment
of my professional career. As a leader, I must take the control of my subordinates and ensure that
they work positively for the overall development of the organization. I should also communicate
with everyone very swiftly (Bedarkar and Pandita 2014).
The persons whom I am working with should always be able to understand my working
style. Also, I must interact with the clients positively as well. This is how I can gain the
confidence of the clients. I should also convince my team members positively as well. This is
how they will work for the overall benefits of the concerned organization (Shields et al. 2015).
Creative problem solving is also one crucial that I must possess to be successful in my
professional career (Bedarkar and Pandita 2014). I know I might have o face certain difficult
situations in my career but I have to learn how I can manage them effectively. I should arrange
my time management in a way that it will create a good impact on the clients. These are the ways
in which I can provide better service for my organization.
