Time Management – This is undoubtedly my most effective strength. I manage
my assignment and work on time and proper management is important in order to

help me assign my work to them effectively. My communication skills helps me
to grow and to Out stand my among different candidates in the industry.
Leadership Skills – One of my weakness is I lack in leadership qualities.
Whenever I work in a group for some project or assignment. The main problem is
that I don't know how to regulate them and and how to get maximum productivity
from them. This is just like my shortcoming which I want to improvise in the
future.
Team Management – It the most common shortcoming of mine because I lack in
this skills. I never develop this now to manage the people working under me. Thus
certain individual has faced consequences due to my mistake. In future I wish to
improve team management skills. It will be helpful for me and my colleagues.
