INTRODUCTION
Development of various skills is necessary for the future performances to compete with
others in business low efficiency and weak skills make the person inefficient in doing the work
properly. Development of various transferrable skills is necessary for more growth in the further
like communication, leadership, time management, critical skill etc for achieving the individual
or business goals as well (Mourtzis, D., 2018). Developing all the personal and professional
skills helps a person to become efficient in overall working in his/her life. In this report it will
include learning and developing various skills and experiences from past projects and all the
improved skills which developed during the project through reflection. Furthermore, it will
include preparation of action plan for the skills which needs to be developed for the future goals.
Lastly, it will include preparation of CV and linkedIn profile of an individual that reflects the
current situations.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
The project in which I did work is full complexity due to diversity of peoples thoughts and
opinions and uncertainty of human beings created problems. Working on the project of my past
client on I faced many problems and the project too like complexity in the businesses or
uncertainty and diversity (Aslan, A., 2021). I learned a lot of things which I get to know at last of
the project is finished. In starting I was less confident and having fear of giving any kind of ideas
and thoughts in a group discussion. With the passage of time My confidence has boost up and I
developed many skills which are required for My future advancement. The project is all about a
group efforts with individual full efforts and coordination and it becomes difficult to cooperate
the work of each individual towards the same goals. This requires a strong leadership and
motivation to influence the individual to work with full efforts and motivation.

Firstly, I got confused about the work due to meeting and working with new peoples creates
nervousness and I got low confidence at that time. Due to My weak communication skills I faced

2020). I started involving all the group members in decision making so that they feel motivated
and work towards the same goals and feel involved in the work. This way My team working
skills improved because I have to coordinate each group members work towards group goals
with good leadership and control with proper communication and leadership everyone is
listening to Me and supporting me and I developed My team working skills (Vlasenko, and et.al.,
2018).
In the beginning of the project I thought My own efforts are enough for group goals and
every one can do their roles simply. Then with a lot of confusion in work due to diversity of
thoughts like complexity of doing the work and working with different methods and motive
created huge problems and I realised group work or team work is important for achieving any
goals. I also get to know that interacting with group members and sharing thoughts and opinions
is necessary for achieving group goals. Communication plays a key role in doing the work with
clear instructions and proper guidance.
My level of confidence has improved a lot due I started interacting more and understanding
various diversity of peoples easily. In the starting of the project My level of confidence is very
low but when I started taking initiatives with increase in My communication or leadership skills
My level of confidence also improved. I do not hesitate to answer any one in the group for any
problems and I started solving every group members problems which are hindering the group
performances. I started solving My client business problems with full confidence and making
others to feel confident too.
