While working as a customer service executive I encountered an issue with
customer who was having problem to understand the solution provided by
one of my executives. So, I had to make the customer understand the
solution. So I make the customer understand the solution by
communicating in a polite and friendly manner. Finally the lady
understood my saying after a long conversation of half an hour.
Teamwork:

While working in a team we faced an issue with the deadline of submitting
as assignment which was advanced. The problem was we were only in the
halfway of the assignment and we had to submit the assignment within two
days. Therefore, we divided our task for each member and work
collaboratively. Finally we could submit the assignment within the
deadline. In fact, we finished the assignment within one day.

As a customer service manager, once I faced that my team was de-
motivated with the due to some reasons. As a leader of the group I had to
motivate and guide them to the success. Therefore, I identified the issues
within my team through feedback and provided them with proper vision,
mission, responsibility and creativity. As the result, my team was able to
achieve the goals.
