 Professional skill development refers to the career capabilities and
abilities which are used at the workplace which are beneficial for any
job. Whereas, academic skills refers to such abilities, strategies and
way which help learners to success in an academic surrounding.
 The current presentation will be discusses the challenges of the
studying business management and thriving in professional practice.
It will explain the importance of effective academic and professional
skills development.
 Furthermore, it will choose a skill which is Time Management Skill

will help to develop the highly academic skills and
abilities.

Management Skill. It helps to organize the time sensibly
so it could be use more effectively in the management.

planning with the developing strategies for the particular
tasks which are highly important such as project
sequences, its date and time management, meetings as
well as the assignments plan, which can help to adjust the
tasks of the day and not to go very wide of it.

 The Time Management Skills help the people to achieve their
targets in the effective manner. people need to save their time
to be wasted from the multitasking this will help them to have
a better time consuming process. Anything which are likely to
be distracted the people to completing their task or setting up
the objective. The distraction tools include such as emails,
social media and some texts. This will create a problem for
the people to concentrate to the prioritized tasks and feel more
distracted towards their goals. By eliminating these
distractions can help to take control and develop the time
management skills.

CONCLUSION
 From above study, it has been concluded that learners has
achieved their aims and objectives, by developing understanding
related to challenges that they had managed appropriately. Such
as changing environment and new connectivity which create a
major challenge for people in the study.
 Whereas, the challenges which are faced in the professional
practice, by completing the work with the quality and clients
satisfaction. It helps to build up the reputation of the people in
the professional practice.
