INTRODUCTION
This project report is about various skills as well as knowledges that are developed
through facing various challenges as well as skills that are enhances during face these challenges.
There are several heading are covered in this project such as apprentice challenges that states that
how an apprentice develop various skills to attain defined goals and objectives in best possible
manner. Apart form that presentation challenge and T-shirt challenge that enhances various skills
and capabilities to perform various organisational functions with effectiveness. There is proper
action plan for next three years are covered in this project report.
TASK
Apprentice challenges LSST presentation
As a student of business and management, I have established a business that enhances
various skills and knowledges, abilities, behaviour as well as skills that that allows me to attain
all pre-defined goals and objectives as business expert (Bussell, Schnabel, and Rinehart, 2020).
As apprentice challenge improves my communications skills, creativity, budget control,
innovative thinking, team sprite as well as various business skills that facilitates to attain various
defined goals and objectives in well-defined manner. I have attended all the lectures programmes
because to enhance various skills and capabilities in my personality through conducting proper
research in specific eras.
Communication skills: The apprentice challenge develops effective communication
skills that allow me to communicate with other as well as listen their views and principles
properly. Communication skills help me to resolve various conflicts properly.
Teamwork: In the apprentice challenge enhance the ability of teamwork that facilitates
me to work in future with other group members as well (Hagi-Mohamed, 2018). Through take
lectures as apprentice in group I will others as well to understand concepts that enhance the
ability of team sprite.
Time management and meeting skills: During the apprentice programme the skill of
time management and meeting skills are enhanced that allows me to organise all work according
to definite time period. Without proper time management, I am not able to attain all objectives
properly. It is defined as the process that defines time for completing specific task in defined
time limits.

Business skills: As a apprentice of business and management, there are various skills and
capabilities that are related to business are enhanced that facilitates me to become effective
business expert. The apprentice programme clears my various business concepts. There are

T-shirt challenge
T-shirt challenge is defined as the task that involves the activity in which various arts are
created on the t-shirts for the purpose of advertising the brand. After the co0nsulations with all
team members, we chose to create clothing brand. For T-shirt challenge we brought t-shirts form
the market as well as analyse the same products on google to evaluate the pricing of products.
After getting the t-shirts we can process upon the production of brand logo and symbols on t-
shirts. We choose the first mane of our group and every member of group create several
proposals as per different approaches (Jian Marion, and Wang, 2019). After all suggestions we
all are agree on rock stars and print this on the T-shirt for advertising the brand among all
customers.
Communication skills: To decide the logo for T-shirt for advertisement purpose we,
communicate with all team members than take decision for clothing branding. As the
communication skills facilitates me to provide my suggestions as well as listen point of view of

As in t-shirt challenge various brands and logos are printed for the purpose of advertising the

Finance: Finance is the essential for running business operations properly. As all
departments of organisation need finance to perform business operations for attaining all goals
and objectives. There are various financial decisions are taken by the organisation for attaining
long term business success. Manager of organisation allocate necessary finance to all
departments to run business properly. Through investing money in various other sectors for
gaining opportunities and gaining higher revenue (Okuda and Anderson, 2018). For handling all
challenge proper budget is being prepared that facilitates to complete them on time with effective
outcomes.
Operations: As there are various operations are included in business regular activities for
the purpose of attaining organisational goals and objectives. All these operations are done for
acquiring income, cover all cost as well as gaining profits. There are various performed by the
employees of organisation such as bookkeeping, showcasing and fabricating. All these functions
are performed for run business in efficient manner and provide better quality products and
services for satisfying needs and demands of customers. In these respective challenges various
activities are performed to gain various learnings and knowledge.

To complete whole work and assignment in well-presentable manner, we decided to
adopt Tuckerman's model as working method. There are various challenges are faced by us in
completing group work but by applying Tuckerman's model we are able to overcome various
challenges and problems efficiently. The presentation challenge enhances my communicate, time
management, teamwork as well as business skills.

complete work with efficiency before two days of submission date.
Norming: In this stage, I have overcome all challenges or difficulties to perform
properly. All group members exchange their ideas and concepts for smooth working. Every
group members contribute to complete work properly that is left by others (Rahmanpoor,
Liaghatdar and Afshar, 2017). We are able to maintain effective relationship among all group
members at personal as well as professional level.
Performing: In the stage of performing me and other group members are enthusiastic as
well as focus on the work. All group members constantly support other members who face
difficulties to perform their work. Every group members give their best to complete the
assignment efficiently.
Action Plan
I have developed a well-defined and appropriate action plan for next three years at
University that develops various skills and capabilities (Tomlinson, 2017). Effective course of
action allow me to enhance various knowledges, understanding as well as potentiality to perform
functions properly. Smart objectives are mentioned below:
Specific: As my objective is to enhance the skills of communication, time management
and teamwork so I have attended various training programmes and seminars. These skills help
me to attain future goals and objectives in three years.
Measurable: There are various measures or benchmarks are set by me that help me to
attain defined objectives accordingly.
Achievable: Definite objectives motivates me to complete work with full effectiveness
and efficiency. I have set reasonable objectives that can be achieved in defined period of time.
Realistic: Objectives are realistic or they are not based on the ambitions so I have follow
the action plan to enhance various skills in my personality.
