INTRODUCTION
Self reflection of writing allows to express one's thoughts and situational experience. In
my life I had gone through many experiences that changed my life. Both good or bad situation
has changed my life (Krishnan and YUNUS, 2017). With the help of SWOT analysis and
personal development plan I analysed my skills and competencies.

MAIN BODY
SWOT analysis
Strength:
My parents said that I am good at organizing and planning the stuff. When I go on trip
with them I first analyse all the factors like accommodation, flight tickets price and I usually
made report of the place where I visited to. I am a good learner and focused person as my
university professor always appreciated me for easily learning new things. I am also good at
writing new stuff like poems, Quotes. With the help of these strengths I can achieve my goals
and get the desire result.
Weakness:
No one is perfect and I do have area of improvement. My biggest weakness is that I am
not good at time management which caused a lot of problems during my college days. I am
lacking in self-confidence, decision-making and in communication skills which develops
insecurities and self consciousness in me (Colomer and et.al 2018). I have very low patience
level as in a group project if I done my party early then I can't wait so long for others to complete
their tasks. I really need to work hard in these areas to do better.
Opportunities:
To grow in my life or to improve my weakness area I always seek for the opportunities. I
got an opportunity to speak up in college debate competition through which I developed self-
confidence. After this first experience I took part in various activities which improved my
communication skills and due to this I always come early for the practice sessions so it
ultimately improved my time management area.
Threats:
Being a impatient person is my biggest threat. As I can't wait for others and due to this I
might get hard on others. Anxiety of career also one of my biggest threat I always think about
my future although I posses all skills and knowledge to get a good job but still I feel anxiety what
if I failed in my interviews.

not offer help to their other team members so it will lead team to fail in their task, to resolve this
