INTRODUCTION
Reflective Summary is considered as the written analysis related o what was identified at the
time of evaluation procedures. Additionally, this facilitates the valuable feedback which may be
utilised in adjusting courses contents and overall quality of individuals learning. All of these
contributes towards the cycle of ongoing improvement.
MAIN BODY
The workshop related to mini projects are advantageous for me for my employability skills
development as this includes various techniques, documents and analysis that assisted is helpful for
me in identifying, processing and executing by professional learning model into my both
professional and personal life. Additionally, there are various functions which have to be conducted
by me in order to improve my skills and perform tasks as per the needs. Moreover, this has be
ascertained that there are several activities and competencies which have to be developed in order to
perform the business practices. In addition to this, there are numerous practices which are used to
develop managerial roles for mini projects and functions. Also, for developing my skills related to
employability within business environment as well as this is crucial to develop skills which can be
applied for accomplishing its career objectives. Along with this, in order to improve my
employability skills I use to have command over my various competencies. These skills are related
to using techniques and manage activities depending on the current needs.
Furthermore, I was also told to maintain the writing log for the same that would developed my
reflective and writing skills which are valuable at present times within the corporate job market. In
addition to this, the particular workshop also helped me in knowing my weaknesses which is not
enough as well as I should have to develop that by setting objectives with effectualness for
mitigating those issues into a specified time period with assistance of SMART framework that was
helpful for me. As it enables objectives to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time
bound and aids me in developing career action plan. The particular workshop was also helpful for
me in improving some effective skills that would assists me in getting job as well as perform
efficiently across the various positions of job like time management, communication, team work and
others. Additionally, this workshop also assisted me in obtaining few practical competencies that
aids me in securing higher profile employments through impressing the recruiters like drafting
appropriate cover letter that represents my focused as candidates as well as professional whole
getting a brief overview of my competencies without developing individuals growth. I was also able
to gain understandings about how to write and reacts to career consent forms that is something which
aids me in enriching my knowledge related to several documentations which one have to perform
through into professional marketing of job. In respect of this, some documents are represented as

valid evidences such as Career development plan, 5 minute career action plan, Reading log, Skills
worksheet, Team contribution. Etc.
CONCLUSION
As per the above reflective summary, it has been concluded that it is vital for individuals to gain
and develop the various skills in order to attain the objectives. So, this summary facilitates the
valuable feedback which may be utilised in adjusting courses contents and overall quality of
individuals learning.
