INTRODUCTION
It is crucial to have continuous growth in both personal and professional aspect. It allows
an individual to be proactive in their functioning and develop new skills and abilities during their
career path. Moreover, it allows them to develop new ideas and techniques that will proved them
assistance in order to improver their overall performance in completing task along with
improving their productivity. The following report will consist of my reflection journal that
discusses how the module has contributed to my achievement in employability and study skills
through Gibbs reflection cycle. In addition to this is will include my CPD process to further
develop my skills.
MAIN BODY
There are various skills which were developed and acquired during this module which
have had a positive impact on my employability and overall study skills (Ahmad, Ahmad and
Ameen, 2020). These skills will not only provide me assistance in my professional career path
but will help in my personal life as well. In order to effectively present my reflection journal I
have used Gibbs reflection cycle and its mentioned below:
Gibbs reflection cycle:
It offers a framework for explaining experience and provide crucial information relative
to a particular task. It allows an individual to learn and plan from things that went well or either
didn't. It consist of six stage which are mentioned below explaining my reflection during this
module (Ahmad, Ahmad and Hussain, 2019).

I had a positive experience during this module as it helps in enhancing and acquiring new
skills. These skills are crucial for me in both my personal and profession life along with being
vital for my career path of human resource manager. The skills that I have development enable

Feelings:
I was able to have a positive approach ad feeling during the module as I enhanced my
communication skills both verbal and writing. This allowed me to be optimal in completing this
module. Moreover, I developed effective research skills that allowed to to add valuable data to
the module (Glasper, 2018). The skills of communication and research are also valuable for my
career path of human resource manager. This motivated me to to work hard and be positive as I
was gaining new knowledge along with experience as well which would further assist me in my
personal and professional development.
Evaluation:
I had both positive and negative experiences during this module. I was although able to
gain new skills and abilities such as communication and research. I faced various issues in
development of my teamwork and communication skills (Inamorato dos Santos and et. al.,
2019). This is due to me not being bale to work with others effectively as I felt I was not able to
contribute according to my overall potential. Although gradually I was able to work upon my
teamwork and networking skills by taking various team work task and utilizing my problem-
solving skill to increase my contribution within the team through effectively overcoming
complex situations.
Analysis:
I was able to analysis that I need to consider continuous growth if I want to be successful
in my career path of human resource management. It is crucial for me to learn new skills that
will provide the the ability to adapt according to specific situations. I need to focus on my ICT
skills as they are curial in the more-world of business (King and et. al., 2021). In addition to this
I was ability to analyses that I have valuable time and self-management skills that enable me to
be effective in task completion as well as increase my productivity during the module.
Conclusion:
I was able to effectively conclude through my reflection journal during this module that
my various skill will definitely provide me valuable assistance in my personal life as well as
professional aspect. It will help me in my career goal of human resource manager along with

Identify:
In this process of the CPD I have identifying that not only do I need to work on my team
work and networking skill, but must acquire new skills such as management, analytical and
coordination skills. These skills are crucial for me to develop if I want to achieve success in my
career path of human resource manger.
Plan:
In order to achieve various skills necessary for my personal and professional
development along with skills that will support me in being successful in my career path of
human resource manger. I have planned that I was take crucial roles with a team to increase my
confidence and performance (Rawstrone, 2020). Moreover, to improve my analytical skills I
need to focus on academic studies and understanding the external environment of the business.
In addition to this I can develop coordination skills by attending various seminars and online
courses.
they are crucial for me to be a good team member but is also vital for my career goal of human
resource manager.
Action plan:
I will develop an action plan that will be based on the experience of this module. It will

I was able to effectively reflect upon my gradual improvement in my skills. I observed
that these skilled also provided support to my already established skill of communication and
time management. This ensure me that I was developing at both personal and professional level
which is extremely necessary for continuous growth and development.
Apply:
I was able to apply these new acquired skills at various aspects of my personal and
professional like. The skill of coordination helps me to effectively coordinate my daily task
which further enhanced by time management skills. Moreover, I was able to use team work skills
to build positive relations with individuals. In addition to this the analytical skills helped me in
understanding crucial professional data which improved my productivity.
