In today's scenario it is important for an individual
to have knowledge in both academics as well as in
professional environment. Confidence, capability,
self- esteem, all the factors in an individual depends
on the learning skills the student pertains. Good
academic skills develops the thinking of an
individual and helps grow the learning capability of
an individual. Students in industries can grow their
careers with professional skills. A student should be
pertaining leadership qualities, working in team,
flexibility, good communication skills, problem
solving, public speaking (Herbert and et. al., 2020).
