In today's scenario it is important for an individual
to have knowledge in both academics as well as in
professional environment. Confidence, capability,
self- esteem, all the factors in an individual depends
on the learning skills the student pertains. Good
academic skills develops the thinking of an
individual and helps grow the learning capability of
an individual. Students in industries can grow their
careers with professional skills. A student should be
pertaining leadership qualities, working in team,
flexibility, good communication skills, problem
solving, public speaking (Herbert and et. al., 2020).

Manager needs to oversee operations, reviewing contracts,
and help employees to attain best productive outcome. All

get jobs and have economic stability. Developing

opportunities and also higher pays. Academically
stronger students have higher self- esteem than those

Professional skills are important to develop a stable
career. Students become better workers by learning
the right skills. It is helpful for both the individual
and the person hiring. Learning professional skills
will bring more productivity, and efficiency in an
individual. Learning professional skills in business
schools helps an individual see the experiences of
the real world. Learning professional skills gives
the opportunity to apply new knowledge and skills

skills. With academic skills, professional skills are equally important for a
student to excel in business environment.
