SUMMARY
I have enhanced and developed many skills through performing and participating in
various activities on weekly basis. In week 1, I learned about academic performance through
which I can develop and improve my communication and writing skills. In week 2, I learned
about critical thinking which helped in analysing different factors through which I can resolve
conflicts and issues by forming productive decisions. In week 3, I learned about child labour and
the main cause behind this such illegal practice. This activity helped me to gather knowledge and
valuable data through which the actual practice of industries was identified. In week 4, I learned
about the involvement of child labour in supply chain management activities through which I
observed involvement of children's in such managerial practices which are followed by several
companies. The SMART objectives had a primary motive of my overall personality development
through which I can grasp opportunities of career and professional development.
