INTRODUCTION
It is essential for a person to determine self capabilities and performance to carry out required set of practice in significant manner.
Workshop is effective way through which person can analyse their own skills and potential (Simpson, Robertson and White, 2020).
Employability skill is needed by a person as this will help in enhancing overall performance of a person to perform well within organisation.
This report will includes understanding gained through mini project workshop. In this project different document for employability skills has
been determined.
Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they contributed towards the
development of your employability skills.
By attending mini project workshop I am able to develop different skills and capabilities which is significant for successfully or
effectively functioning project task. In this mini workshop I have develop a proper plan and strategies to carry out project activities significant.
Through this I am able to determine my potential skills as well as weakness that is affecting my performance to conduct required set of practices
(Pureza and Lee, 2020). In this mini project workshop I have worked with different other people in a group. Through this I am able to analyse
my team working potential as well as my capability to work with in a team. There are various issues and problems that have occurred while
conducting this mini project. I have determined that I am able to effective solve the issues and problems which lead to have positive impact on
my performance. My problem solving skills and communication skill has assist me to develop better relationship with other employees. I have
determined that due to ineffective time management capabilities I am not able to correctly or properly manage time. It is crucial for a person to
have effective time management skills as this helps in timely completing all task along with this attain desired goals and objectives.
