In this report we mentioned challenges that business management students face in their academic and professional
careers. In the file we also discussed the importance of effective academic and professional skill development. We
also conducted a personal SWOT analysis in this report which helped us to analyse strength, weakness,
opportunities and threats. We also made a action plan which indicates how an individual can improve certain
skills. The report discusses how an individual can become good and in academic and professional life.
