INTRODUCTION
The rapid development of the society compels the companies to recruit the best
possible choices for their respective positions. The growing competition in the market
has forced the working individuals to acquire the best skills and gain relevant expertise
in the field and pay deliberate attention towards the management of the employability
skills (Anzia, 2022). The attainment of the variety of interpersonal skills helps the
candidates to get the dream job they work hard for. The report thus deals with the
enumeration of the personal SWOT analysis along with certain recommendations that
are provide in order to gain the respective abilities that are necessary to flourish and
grow in regards to the individualistic careers.
MAIN BODY
The employability skills prerequisites.
The requisite skills that are indeed necessary for retaining in the commercial
world should be in respect to the progress that an individual demands for. The
companies not only want ‘employees’ but they demand for the appropriate employability
skills for the viable and influential contribution of the candidate towards the growth and
development of the enterprise. The basis prerequisites for the employees to imbibe are
the self-management skills, skills related to efficient teamwork, excellent communication
skills, the conception of enhanced organsiation and planning skills, capable to enable
oneself with the advancement of the technology in the market and the significant
problem-solving skills (Bradbury, 2022).
Personal SWOT analysis.
As per the identification of the required employability skills, I made a personal
SWOT analysis, that comprehends with the real-life experiences along with the
conduction of the self-assessment based upon my relevant attitude towards the
situations.

Strengths
I am exceptionally good with the organizing and team management skills and this
particular analysis which is based upon the imbibing nature of the affiliative and the
human-encouraging behavior I used to portray in my school and university times. I used
to handle the team members that were assigned in my squad in an appropriate manner
and the criteria of the self-managing tasks were every well fulfilled by me through the
deliberate habit of writing down each and every step in my planner and sort them out on
the basis of the requirement.
Weaknesses
The experience in terms of the professional skills is not affluent. The expertise in terms
of the employability is not sufficient for the growth and development in the business
world. I even need to learn the ability of problem-solving skills as well as I am obligated
to improve my communication skills for the effective and influential communique with
the colleagues (Lo, 2022).
Opportunities
The ample of opportunities are present in the UK and I can very well make the best use
of them. The involvement in the part-time jobs can help me in the enhancement of my
CV and will also prove to be aid in the augmentation of my relative skills in the relative
field of work. The opportunity to work in the neighboring countries can help in getting the
required exposure to retain and sustain in the varied business environment.
Threats
The increase in the competition can prove to be a significant hurdle in the attainment of
the targets that are executively set by me. The shortage in the jobs can create
disruption and restrict my growth in the field. The job hunting can cause anxiety and
may get suppressed due to thought of lagging behind in the race. The substantial
shortage in the British regions has been significantly increasing and this create weighty
problem for me (Travers, 2022).
Recommendations towards the scope of improvement.
The area where I can improve and make myself noteworthy in the employment

my action plan will be upon the, Specificity, Measurability, Attainability, Relevancy and
the Time bound achievement of the targets. The enhancement in the communication
skills through the active partaking in the group actives, taking the initiative to talk and
have an influential conversation with significant people and through the participation in
the discussions. For the problem-solving bars, the deliberate consideration upon
becoming a volunteer in varied tasks, analyzing the requirements of the assigned
projects and meeting the deadlines of the projects on time will be my objectives in order
to overcome the deformities in the personal development plan (Mochi, Harvey and
Cassina, 2022).
CONCLUSION
The inference that I gained from the analysis concluded that, the achievement of
a reputed degree is alone not enough to succeed in the market, but the acquirement of
the relevant skills to comprehend the situations pertaining in the external environment is
mandatory to imbibe. The companies demand for excellence and expect that their
respective employees will bring wonders to the venture and help in the attainment of the
determined goals and objectives of the firm. The personal SWOT analysis that has been
conducted by me, will prove to be aid for the scrutiny of my self-assessment and identify
the critical areas where I lag behind. The scope of improvement will thereby be taken
care by me in order to accomplish the position I desire for in the coming future.
