INTRODUCTION
Personal skill audit plays an important role in life of every individual person that aids
assistance in increasing skill and capability to execute functions in proper manner. There are
various factors that are covered by individual person for increasing personal skills and
improving employability skill. In present assignment, there is an explanation regarding
various skills that is useful in improving various employability skills and assessing current
potentiality of individual person to apply for specific job.
MAIN BODY
It is significant for individual person to improve personal skill and capability for
performing different function in an appropriate manner. In context or relation of present
situation, I focus on performing various functions to improve my academic skill. In present
time, I adopted to improve proper skill by determining personal audit. It is necessary to assess
various skills that are needed to conducting different function that is helpful in grabbing
opportunity in future period of time. I presently have a skill that is connected to
communication skill and which is improved by me for increasing capability chances.
Communication skill is determined as that skill that is connected to improvement of
communication capability so that I can communicate with various individual people in easy
manner. For improving my employability skill, it is necessary to communicate with various
individual person different languages. This aids assistance in achieving insight regarding
various features of languages and adopting various languages in order to communicate with
different individual person within an organisation.
It is necessary for me to increase network skill such as Face book as well as linked in
order to connect with individual person in an appropriate manner. Therefore, by using these
social media sites I am focusing on building my career in future period of time. In addition to
this, I am focusing on improving communication skill in order to interact with other person
and it is also necessary in appropriate presentation which will be helpful in career progression
and development.
My employability skill assist me in achieving insight regarding different factors that
help in assessing situation and conducting different tasks in an appropriate manner.
Interpersonal skill assists me in achieving insight regarding various factors and

accomplishing results in proper way. In addition to this, there are various elements that are
considered by me in improving interpersonal skill and achieving appropriate and proper
system for improving communication with various individual people. Creative thinking is
important in current environment of organisation for getting employability in various sectors
by improving creative thinking. There are various elements that assists individual person in
accomplishing better outcomes in future period of time. Therefore, it is assessed by me that
my creative thinking is not too good and it is necessary for me to develop these kind of skill
in order to conduct different things in an appropriate manner. It is assess that, it is significant
for meet need of employment skill and conduct different factor. I also assessed various
factors that assist me in improving skills and capability to assess factor and grabbing different
opportunities which will be useful in future period of time.
