Position 1
1. As an eligible candidate I am having a good knownedge on Microsoft SQL Server 2014. I
have completed my Ph.D. in international development. I have a good sense in software
development process. I have a good knowledge on how the communication needs to be
carried out for the purpose of enhancing the buisness activities. In addition to this I would
like to sya that I have good knowledge in Microsoft office.
2. I have completed my graduation degree in economics from Bahir Dar University,
Ethiopia and post-graduation in development economics from science Hawassa
University, Ethiopia. I pursued Ph.D. degree in international development in social and
cultural development from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have learned Stata
Data Analysis and Statistical Software, Introduction to Software Engineering and MS
SQL Server 2014. In the Sawla Microfinance Institution, I performed many data analysis
for operational activities with the help of Stata Data Analysis and Statistical Software. I
worked as a lecturer of the Arba Minch University, Hawassa University, Zion
Technology and Business College and Comboni Secondary and Preparatory School.
3. The work period at Hawassa University has taught the way communication must be
carried out. The working experience has helped me to become a better lecturer and the
way students must be motivated while pursuing their course. I have learned several facts
that would definitely help me in future works. I have carried out different experiments as
a lecturer so that it becomes easy to deliver quality teaching towards the university
student. After doing this, I successfully completed the design of the syllabus of the
university.

4. In Zion Technology and Business College, institutional racism occurs due to some
political disturbance. At that time, I organised a meeting with different political parties of
that college campus. But it was very difficult to resolve that matter because they were
very aggressive among each other. I noticed that it hampered the ideal environment of
college premises. I told them regarding this matter and I requested them to stop this
activity. After that, they agreed to my words and stopped the racism.
Position 2
1. While teaching microeconomics I and II and other managerial economic courses, I
ensured that every components are taught successfully. I provided equal importance to all
the students so that everyone can understand the concepts properly. In addition to this I
also co-advised several students for the purpose of motivating them. This helped me to
deliver sufficient knowledge regarding various policy procedures of the university. While
working in the Sawla Municipality, I saw that, due to lack of planning, the rapid
urbanization faced various issues. For that reason, they were not able to implement
spatial development in efficient manner. After analyzing the urban condition, I focused
on performance improvement. I focused on the evaluation of different of the municipality
personnel. I provided strategic planning of the spatial recommendations for planning
operations based on detected priorities. I implemented the spatial development strategy
efficiently for the improvement of the planning activities for urban area. In Sawla Culture
Tourism & Government Communication, I provided planning and support for the
organizational culture and I was focused on the hiring and onboarding activities. I was able to

manage nine employees within the organisation. Thus I can state that I have contributed a
huge amount of good work towards the improvements of housing facilities at Sawla.
2. I would like to share my working experience so that it becomes easy to evaluate my
management capabilities. In Hawassa University, I advised some postgraduate students
for the development of economics for making serious contributions on the economics of
the country. I provided feedback to the economics students of that university. At Arba
Minch University, I provided advices to undergraduate students for their research work
and modified the submitted research paper. In Sawla Municipality, I coordinated,
supervised and supported land development activities as well as performed survey for lots
of lands due to the increase in the demand for housing in the urban area of Sawla. I
supervised many short terms goals for construction projects and distributed many lands
for commercial investments, public organizations and residential companies. It helped to
improve the socio-economic public standard in the municipality area. Thus I can state
that I have worked efficiently as a lecturer and have always focused on improving the
condition of the organization. I think this quality of mine makes me a best employee.
Hence my working history was positive in academics. I tried to improve my student’s
future.
