Abstract
Skills are the ability of the individual to perform different task and activities and in
context to the student success in university and workplace there are the various
important skills . In this report some of the most important skills such as
communication, time management, problems solving and team work are evaluated
in context to student success in university and workplace. Along with this different
strategies of CV content improvement is analysed which should be use by the
students.

INTRODUCTION
In the personal and professional life of the students learning and development is very
important in context to the development and improvement of some most essential skills which
helps the student to get successful in their academics and professional life to make good results
and garb best job position (Ting and et. al., 2017). Skills are the individual quality or ability,
which develop through their continuous learning and experience and helps them to successful
meet goals of the life. There are the various important skills which should be possess by the
students to be successful in their university and workplace. In this report analysis of the five
important skills in context to the student success is done, along with the evaluation of some
effective strategies and activities of those skills improvement.
Analysis and discussion of five skills that students require to be successful
In context to the effective task and goals accomplishment of the university and workplace
which contribute to the success, that is important for the students to work on their skills which
are common and important for both places. Such as the ability of effective information
conversation and ability of problem solving, quality of time management , creativity and
effective team work (Liu and Hallinger, 2018). All these ability's are the important skills of
success. Every student are having some short, mid and long term goals in context to their
university and workplace. For the achievement of which the initial place is their university from
where they learn and make those skills more stronger with lot of experiences and this learning
and improvement of the skills is continuous process, but in context to the effective CV and job
role that is the university from where they make their skills more better. Below are the
explanation of five important success skills.
Time management- The ability and quality of effective time management is the process
of managing and planing the work and task accomplishment time period effectively. This is the
individual skill to effectively manage the time with different activities of specific task (Barnard
and et. al., 2019). This is important for the success of students because this helps them to work
smarter, this helps to save time for effective learning, helps to reduce pressure and meet the goals
with in selective period of time. Students for the success in university has perform various
academic task and activities along with accomplishment of different project and assignments.

And in context to the achievement of success in all these area time management skills is very
important and effective this helps to meet the goals of academics responsibilities within in right
time. In context to the work place this skill is very important because this will help in the
management of al work task within the right time and also helps to reduce the pressure of work
role (Ye and et. al., 2017).
Effective communication- This is involving the collective skills of effective
communication, which play very important role in the students university success and future
workplace. Such as in order to accomplish the different task and projects of the university,
student have to understand their responsibilities, they have to make ineffective conversation with
partners and should able to make effective written contents for projects and presentation. The
effective writing, verbal, non-verbal and body language along with the understanding skills will
help to achieve success in the university with the accomplishment of all academic task. In
context to the workplace for effective work presentation, task accomplishment and job role,
individual have to be effective in communication skills, like writing, understanding, verbal
communication, body language and listening. Because all these skills will help in the audience
attractive presentation and accomplish of the team work (Gachino and Worku, 2019).
Critical thinking and problem solving – The ability to apply knowledge, information
and data to solve problems is known as the critical thinking and problem solving skill. In relation
to the students success in university, this skill play very important role because in the academic
project, assessments and during exams students have to use this critical thinking and problem
solving skills. Like analysis, interpretation, explanation and problems solving, helps in the
achievement of good result. In context to the professional live or work place this skill is
important for the employee, in area of task accomplishment through critical review and problem
solving. Because most of the task in work place need analysis and interpretation.
Innovation- This is one of the most important skills for both academics and professional
life. This is involving the ability of creative and out of the box thinking. Which in context to the
student success in university play very important role. This helps the student to achieve their
university goals with the different method's and unique ways of task accomplishment. In every
step this helps to use alternatives. In context to the workplace innovation is very essential
because this helps the individual to contribute in the organisation success with innovative ideas
and services (Winstone and Carless, 2019).

Team work- Collaboration and collective approach of the team play very important role
in every setting of learning and performance. The quality of team work and collaborative
approaches is the important skill and play important role in the success of student at university.
This is involving the effective leading, influencing skills with the help of which student can get
success in their group task. In context to the student workplace teamwork is important, because
this aid the effective performance within organisation and effective achievement of team goals
and objectives.
Recommendations that could help students improve the content of their Cvs
In context to the achievement of best job role and position the first important thing which
play important role in interview and selection process is the CV with relevant content. So for the
students that is important to continuously improve their CV with the interactive and employer
influencing content, such as strengths of the students should be illustrated on the CV in the form
of skills and skills experience (Harmanto, 2021). Another then skills CV content should involve
the work and job role related experiences, because this will influence the employer to select the
student for higher job profile. There are some specific strategies and actions for the
improvement of CV content, explaining below in detail.
Learn beyond classrooms- Student have to make effective learning throughout their
academic life in order to improve their skills and illustrate those into their CV for best
impression among the employers. So in context to the improvement of communication, time
management and other important skills student have to learn from their personal life activities
and experience out of their classes. In clear words students should make learning for each and
every activities and experience of life in order to improve their skills. Because all this factors are
related to each other (Bengtsen and Barnett, 2017). The collective experience of the class rooms
and outer world will helps to illustrate the effective skills of employment and corporate world.
Take more responsibilities- In context to the improvement of the CV content the one of
the most impacting recommendation is volunteer work and more task responsibilities. Student
can task more academic work as the opportunity for their skills development and the volunteer
work will help the students for the achievement of effective work activity experiences. This can
also lead to the achievement of skills and experience certification, which can be use as the
important point of CV content (Durazzi, 2019).

Internship and part time job- Student have to focus on their skills and work experience
development for which they have to do some internships and part time job out of the university.
Illustration of this factors in the CV will increase the content value and attract the employers
towards the student. This will helps the student to get opportunities of best job profile with
appropriate experience.
Development of the work experience- In context to the improvement of CV content that
is important for the students to have some experience of work, which they can mention on their
CV and make it more effective. So for that students can perform on some work experience
certification courses of the university, they can make participation in the work based internship
and do some part time job. The experience later or values of these participation will help to
improve the student CV content with more relevant and employer influencing experiences.
Use social media effectively- For the improvement of student CV attractiveness and
presses in the employers, mind the content of CV can effectively improve or manage with aid of
Social media. World is moving towards the application of technology in each task and activities.
So for the improvement and CV content and appearance student have to make effective
application of the social media to create and present most attractive CV in job portals (Hosseini
and et. al., 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it has been concluded that for each and every individual from
their academics to professional life development and improvement of the some skills is very
important. Because those skills helps to accomplish all academism and workplace task, then
finally lead to the success with best results and achievements. Those success essential skills are
time management, effective communication, critical thinking and problem solving innovation,
team work and effective learning. In order improve the CV content with best skills and attractive
information student can work one their skills improvement and experience development through
some strategies and actions. Like Learn beyond classrooms, Take more responsibilities,
