A summary of your work experience
I have almost 3 years of experience working with the top most companies named as
Morrison, Driver Motorpoint, Driver Mercedes Benz, Marks & Spencer and The Skygate Very
Group. After completing my academics, I started my career as a warehouse worker with
Morrison. There I worked for almost 1 year and after that I switched my profile to driver. There I
used to adopt safe driving activities at all the time when operating the vehicles (Bachik and
Kitzman, 2020). In December, 2020, I stated working with the Marks and Spencer as a
warehouse worker. After gaining more knowledge and skills related to the profile of warehouse
worker, I started working with The Skygate Very Group from May, 2021.
A consideration on how that experience has advanced your skills and knowledge
When I was working with Morrison, I learned how to maintain the warehouse as per the
standard of safety. I gained the skills of working in a team as I have to perform the functions of
picking and packing the products with the coordination of different team members. I also
develop the skills of managing time in order to maximizing the efficiency. During my work
experience in Driver Motorpoint and Driver Mercedes Benz, I worked on my communication
skills. I handled the passengers in an effective and efficient manner. I also properly communicate
with the management of organisation regarding the issues and safety concerns of vehicles
(Djamaluddin, Priyadi and Darwiyanto, 2022). In addition to this, I also put more efforts in order
to make the workflow of warehouse of Marks and Spencer more smoother. During my working
period with The Skygate Very Group, I develop several skills and knowledge such as time
management, decision making skills, inventory management and many more.
A summary of how that experience relates to the course of study applied for.
All the experiences, which I gained during my working life from 2017 onward are related
to the management. I felt that I can develop my career in management profile if I complete any
course related to business and management. It is necessary to have several skills such as time
management skills, communication skills, decision making skills and many more in an individual
for working as a senior management employee (French and Eskridge, 2021). My previous
experience help me in gaining all the above mentioned skills and knowledge which I can use
along with my degree to develop my career in business and management. Business and

management course help me in using these skills in an effective and efficient manner which
leads to the growth and development of my career. Effective communication skills, knowledge
of several equipments, decision making skills help me in attaining the manager level post in the
management of a business organisation.
