high life satisfaction and good mental state (Garg, 2017). A good well being shows how to
manage the mental stress and keep the body come and relax so that persons and individuals can
focus on their work. Well being focuses on social connections, soul and peaceful life so that
people can focus on their work and other activities. Well being describes that individuals should
judge their life positively and put all the efforts to make their life healthy and prosperous so that
they do not have to worry about any kind of stress. Wellbeing refers that individual must include
in learning something new as per well being everyday come with new energy so each and every
people should learn something new and enhance their skills so that they may grab the upcoming
opportunities and bright up their future. Well being known as wellness. Well-being is also
divided in various types. Such as:
Physical well being
This well being refers to the improvement in the functioning of entire body. Physical well being
can be improved by good exercise and not taking any stress. As this well being is necessary for
having a good life so that individual cam perform their all the day to day work with full
efficiency and enthusiasm. This well being is very necessary to be in good condition so that
people can overcome their regular stress and issues. Physical well being can only be achieved
with good exercise and meditation. If the individual is continuously doing proper exercise their
mental health will remain healthy and they stay more happy and prosperous.
Social well being
Social well being prefers to communicate with other people of the society and maintain good and
healthy relation with them. As this well being is necessary to survive in the society people can’t
leave alone they need other people to have a talk with and this can only possible with the help of
social well being .By creating and making relationship with other people will help the individual
to overcome their loneliness and anxiety. With the help of proper social well-being individual get
reputation and respect in the society. Through which respect they feel privileged and maintain
healthy relation with others and always ready to help others.

To fulfil the basic necessity of life people have to work and at the workplace they also have to
maintain good relation with their colleagues and other staff (Goble and et.al 2016). Workplace
wellbeing states about that if the workplace is positive then the employees will carry their interest
to gain enrichment in their professional life. This well being helps the individual to get a good
growth in their career and with the help of good position they can fulfil their all the dreams.
Societal well being
This welding shows the effectiveness of any individual. This welding represents that how
individual is active and participating in various cultural activities. People who have this well-
being they also work for the environment and its protection. This kind of well-being provides
internal peace to the people.
Factors which affect the wellbeing of an organisation and employees
For an organisation it is must that day and sure good well-being in the workplace. Employees can
increase their well being with the help of good salary incentive perks and various holiday
vacations. When the company provides this entire thing to their employees it helps them to
increase the workplace wellbeing. But it is very necessary for the organisation that they create a
team which shows loyalty towards the organisation this kind of welding is also necessary for the
organisation and for the individual as well. But the organisation also maintains some factors for
developing a good wellbeing workplace.
Autonomy
In some organisation the higher management puts the stress on the employees to perform the
work effectively and produce quality work .This increases the stress in the workplace and in
organisation as well (Hodgins and et.al 2016 ). When the employees are in stress they can focus
on their work in result organisation do not achieve its objective to establish good healthy
workplace wellbeing organisation and the management must focus that employees are also
human and instead of imposing various decisions on them let consider their suggestions and
views as well so that with the help of proper collaboration between management and employees
organisation can attend all the aims and goals. Apart from this it helps the organisation to create
healthy environment for the employees where they can work effectively.

Some organisation create environment for the employees but they forget that in stressful
environment employees can’t enjoy their work and De do not put their all efforts in the work.
Workplace stress can increase the turnover for the company but it is harmful for the health of
employees. But on the other hand those companies who use positive workplace environment and
stress free management this will boost maximum profitability and their employees also work
hard for the benefit of organisation.

Workplace wellbeing brings a positive culture in the organisation where employees work
effectively and enjoy the work timing of the organisation (Lelliott and et.al 2008). The
infrastructure is very necessary for the development of employees and individual. Apart from
these interventions is also essential for the well being of employees. When the organisation takes
care about the mental peace of the employees then they will be able to work hard in the
organisation. In this kind of culture colleagues also communicate well with each other and also
help others so that all can perform their work efficiently. When the employees are advised about
their personal care it may reduce the sickness of absenteeism in the organisation. If the
organisation has inclusionary well-being culture it builds trust and integrity among the
employees and help the organisation to attain all the success. This culture brings transparency in
the entire work place. Apart from this low level and bottom employees can also communicate
with the high level authority and employees and can share their issues and problems.
Physical comfort
As per this physical comfort well-being organisation must provide physical comfort and safety to
their employees so that they do not have to face any kind of difficulties during the work .As per
this well being organisation must provide work friendly space to the employees. So that
employees can get relaxed and get some mental peace.
Design of workplace
Design and infrastructure of the workplace can boost confidence and motivation in the
employees towards their job. Infrastructure of workplace can assist the employees to concentrate
and collaborate. Apart from this if the design and infrastructure of workplace is well managed
than it well reduce the employee turnover and also absenteeism in the organisation.

them. If the competition is healthy then it is beneficial for the organisation and for the
development of employees as well because they were willing to work hard then other employees.
When there is intense competition among all the employees that the negative in my environment
will take place in the organisation and instead of having a good communication employees will
try to motivate others so that they do not perform (Hughes, Be well, learn well). So this kind of
working environment is not good for the organisation and they also try to avoid such situation
because it harms the profitability and culture of the organisation. So if the organisations make
sure about all these factors then it can increase the well-being in the workplace and benefit the
organisation to enhance profitability for long run.
Factors which benefit the individual and their well being
Enough money
As money is very important factor of individual and their sustainability. If the people have
sufficient money to spend the can fulfil their basic amenities and can enjoy a luxurious life. So
every individual wants to earn ample of money so that they can survive in the world. So money
and wealth is connected with the well-being because money gives a good standard of life and
improve the social status of people.
Friends and family
Individual can’t survive in this world without their family and friends and other people. For the
survival the need support from their family and also it can help them to increase motivation and
encourage to live a prosperous life. This factor benefits the wellbeing of any individual. Because
with family and friends can enjoy every single moment of their life and this brings mental peace
and safety to individual.
Adopt the change
Today many happy and healthy it is very important for individual that they must adopt the
change. Because the environment is increasingly changing and if individual wants to survive in
this environment they have to adopt the changes of society. Apart from this if they do not accept
the change they can lose a petition in the society and people do not give respect to such people
who have orthodox mentality.
