INTRODUCTION `
Work from home refers to the condition in which the individual person operate all the business
or cooperate activity from home with the utilization of available devices and software. Basically
the person perform the job roles and responsibility at home rather than visiting office or working
remotely. Under the work from home policies of the companies the workers are allow to
perform the task in part time or full time mode. It is flexibility or comfortability which the
instigation provide its employees in effective as well as efficient manner. In the current period of
the pandemic in which the people are able to move outside due to spread of covid 19 virus in that
situation the almost allow to perform their specific job role from the home. At that movement of
time the workers face some issues which also affect the culture and productivity as well as
probability of the company (Chanana, 2021) . During work from home the workers are unable to
communicate or coordinate with the people in an appropriate manner as well as it is hard for the
individual person to manage the time as the person manage the personal as well as professional
life together. For the welfare of the organisation is important for the workers to coordinate the
people and perform the task on time. In context to that the present report will discuss the
potential problem in brief which the individual face during work from home.furthermore the
report will provide the effective solution in order to deal with the challenges and solve the
problem in effective as well as efficient.

Problem faced during work from home and effective solution
Problem one : during the covid 19 situation in which the individual person allow to perform
their task or mange their work from home as the people are not allow move outside their home at
that time the individual person face the issues of communicating and collaboration with the
members of the team or other members of the organization in effective manner. In order to
perform the right task in right manner it is important to have effective communication with the
other associated workers or people. In the situation the people have feeling of isolate and unable
to collaborate with the people. Due to the lack of communication and cooperation it is hard to
discuss all the problems and the issues on the mobile phone as the discussion involve the variety
of the people associate with the task. In the office it is easy to interact with the people but in the
work from home it is hard to discuss each and everything at once. The problem of the
communication is arise because while the person is working on one assignment at that time the

another person is working on different project so it is difficult to stay on same page. Sometime
the message or emails of the anther person create confusion or miss understanding among the
people that also rise the issue of conflicts which further affect the culture of the company. Along
with that it is hard for the superior or the leader to provide guidances and practical skills an
knowledge to the candidate working for the organization to accomplish the goal of the
association(Dragomir, 2020).
Problem two: the another problem the individual person face during the work form home is
management of time which is essential element to accomplish the the task on time as well as
meet the deadlines. During that time the individual person perform the roles and responsibility
as per the their comfortability and avid he competition of the task on time as they are managed in
their personal life. The people do procrastinate of the work which is not a part of being
professional. Basically during the pandemic situation in which the whole nation is dealing with
the brutal condition it is so hard for the person to mange work life balance. Due to that most of
the people stuck with their devices regarding the office work after the competition of working
hours. At the time of work from home the individual person or working person avoid to say no to
their manger during the odd time to. Due to which the the person face the issues of mi
management of time. The another reason is that the people are managed in performing the
personal life activity such as maintain their social media account that include face book,
instagram , twitter, etc. that all are the distraction from the person due to which the individual
person procrastinate the work. Along with that the people are not giving much priority to the
official work as the workers enjoy the comfortability of working from home. Due to lack of
outsource the workers are unable to complete the task on time(Purwanto and et.al., 2020) .
Solution one: in order to resolve the communication and collaboration with the other members
of the instigation, the company should provide effective tools and techniques to the workers of
the organisation.due to which the manager or the workers of the organisation are able to
coordinate with each other. Along with that the manger of the organisation should organised the
on-line training with the assistance of the software application such as zoom, goggle meet, Skype
and allow the people to send the mail in proper format. Along with that for reduces the chances
of miss understand the individual person should use the professional language only. Apart from
that the individual person or the powering personality of the classification has the importunity to
share the document regarding the job role and responsibility to the other members of the

organisation. Along with that during the meeting the individual person should remain focused
toward the conversation and contribute in the process of decision making. Along with that in
context to avoid any kind of miss communication the individual person should asked the
question and clarify the doubts in an appropriate manner. Along with that the employee should
note the essential points that bring the defectiveness in the assignment or lead to competition of
task. For resolving this issue the manger of the association should provide the guidances to the
people with the utilization of the on-line services and train the employees to perform the task.
Also the person can collect the feedbacks to avoid any kind of miss understanding and
confusion(Vyas,and Butakhieo, 2021).
Solution two: along with in context to resolve the issue of time management the individual
person should avoid the procrastinate of work and give more priority to the works in effective as
well as efficient manner. Along with that the individual person should segregate the time or set
schedule for the completion of the particulate task. Along with that the person need to bifurcate
the work in important, nearness and casual in order to dealer the important work on time. Z with
the assistance of that the workers are able to improve their work capability and enhance the
flexibility of working. Apart from that the person has the opportunity to set alarm for some
essential work and set the time table for the personal and professional work due to which it is
easy to mange the work on time. Along with that at the time of performing the task individual
person should avoid the utilisation of the social media and other distraction like family
discussion or watching the television. Beside that the person can set the office in a associated
room and keep themselves physically and mentally present their. In order to mange the time the
individual person should prepare themselves for the completion of the
assignment(Waizenegger, , McKenna,, Cai, and Bendz, 2020)

From the above report it will be concluded that the for the welfare of the organization the
individual person should take the work seriously and complete the work n time due to which the
organization is able to deal with the challenges and increase the profitability and productivity of
the company. The report indicate the two problems which the workers of the company face while
playing the job roles and responsibility from home. The problems includes communication,
collaboration with the other members of the ordination due to the poor management or not
availability of the adequate fluoresces which also leads to misinterpretation of the important

massages. Along with that the another problem is a problem of time management. The people
who are operating the work from home are finding difficulty in managing the time as the person
need to maintain the personal as well as professional life (Xiao, and et.al., 2021). In context to
that the individual person can used various resource to decrease the problem of the communicate
and collaboration and can collect the feedback from the people regarding the meeting to avoid
the caches of miss communication. For the time management the report indicated that the
individual person can give priority to the important work and keep the personal like aside while
performing the professional takes. In context to that it is suggest that the individual person can
take short note for the compel of the task and deal with them in short period of time.
