INTRODUCTION
In the present research I will gather detailed information about the scope available in
the field of HR profession. The domain of HR need for those people who have a great
opinion, perspective, confidence, presentation skills. I dream to build a career in Human
resources field because it will provide me a great opportunity to develop and achieve success.
Wider number of graduates in recent time is choosing Hr as their career to build a profession.
This is because scholars are interested in making connection with the people and learn about
the needs and has large expectations from the job they are applying for (Jung and Takeuchi,
2018). The current investigation will focus on understanding the skills and knowledge
required by me in order to gain more success as HR assistant. This file will also highlight the
latest trend inn HR which is very important in recent market. The detailed information will be
collected through primary and secondary data collection method. The primary data will be
accumulated by developing Open ended question for the interviewer. Whereas the secondary
data will obtain by various second hand source like books, journal, articles, online site and
many more. Thus, this research will covers all the trends and skills needed for gaining
success in profession of HR (Black and Warhurst, 2019).
ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION
General trends which will impact HR profession (Secondary research)
There are various trends in the field of HR which posses an important place in
building HR profession. In a company workforce is one of the most important assets and to
manage them they needs HR manager and assistants (Mok, Mackenzie and Thomson, 2021).
Human resources as a profession needs to identify the latest trend which help them to take
right decision about how the employee will be hired in an organisation. With acquiring
different advances technology, Human resources profession is transferring and developing
day by day. They are changing the way HR works in the past years.
Globalisation: One of the latest trends in HR profession is of globalisation.
Globalisation in the business has provided various opportunities to the business to diversify
their business operation in other parts as well as recruits many employees from different
nations and religion. It is seen that globalisation has positively impacted the HR domain as
now business attract and hired diversified workforce in their company and also manage the
staff who belongs to different caste, region, language and may more (Nejati, Parsa and

Farhadirad, 2020). In simple term, the HR mangers play a role to hire diversified staff and
also gain international client for their organisation.
The recent graduates are impacted by the trend of globalisation who desires to build a career
in Hr. Companies now a day wants that staff who is skilled and has significant knowledge
about the policies and strategy of other nation in order to grow business. In this recruiter must
know different language as well as has great knowledge about other culture.
Technology: Another vital trend in the domain of HR is technology. Advancement in
technology is crucial for the business in order to gain success. Hr is also that type of
profession which requires various advance technology in order to make job quite easier and
flexible. Various HR mangers are using different technology and software to track and mange
their employee performance or projects. They are also using cloud computing application for
implementing the activities in right way (Sullivan and Al Ariss, 2021). Technology in Hr also
helps in recruiting right people in right job as per the job description. Technological
advancement or digitalisation also helps in predicting uncertainty in order to eliminate risk
which affects the organisational productivity and performance. It also reduces the chance of
biasness so that equal and fair treatment can be provided to each and every staff. The
advancement tools and equipment helps the HR mangers to manage their work and maintain
a proper balance between their personal and professional life.
A company is also expecting from the latest scholar that they have enough knowledge about
various software and application which is used in the field of HR This trend will helps the
organisation to hire talented HR. When the graduates have the knowledge of technology then
they can effectively conduct their job roles and responsibility. One off the important skills
that they have is Knowledge regarding AI which assists in reducing stress and burden.
Employee wellness program: In recent fast moving environment culture of the
organisation is changing on constant manner which affect the employee performance in
greater sense. Hr practitioners should adopt the strategy of employee wellness program wee
different kind of wellness strategy is using to maintain a good mental and physical health of
their employee (Andalib, Darun and Azizan, 2019). The wellness program needs to be
designed by HR mangers in order to create positive working culture for their staff so that they
can work with more efficiency. With this program the HR assistant mange a proper work life
balances in their employee. This also helps in motivation their employee as well as building
trust, loyalty and employee engagement so that long organisation goals can be attained.
Now a day organisation is expecting those employee which has knowledge regarding
developing those wellness program which assist in maintain healthy and stable mindset in the

As per the gathered data with the help of primary investigation, it is being analysed
that globalisation and artificial intelligence are the two vital trends in the field of Human
resource. Globalisation has helps the HR to gain more marker opportunity and develop
themselves in greater sense (Bailey and et. al, 2018). On the other hand Artificial intelligence
has assist the human resource by providing them the enormous numbers of tools and software
which aids them to work in easer manner.
The skills, knowledge and experience needed
There are various skills and knowledge which is needed in the profession of Human
resource in order to develop their career in sound manner. The various key skill which is
required by HR assistant are being discussed below:
Key skills
ï‚· Recruitment skill: HR managers need to have the skill to attract and select the
talented employee in the company. Te skill includes capability to hire diversified
workforce, changing new policies for the organisation and also the ability to aware
new staff with the orientation (Brewster, Mayrhofer and Farndale, 2018).
ï‚· Communication skill: This is one of the vital skill which is needed to be possess in
the field of HR. This skill helps the organisation to communicate the useful
information to the employee in better way without any misunderstanding (Chelladurai
and Kerwin, 2018).
ï‚· Conflict resolving skill: Next significant skill is ability to solve the Grievance and
problem between the two people. This is vitally needed in order to reduce the conflict
and harassment within the organisation and creating a positive working culture
(Stone, Cox and Gavin 2020).
ï‚· Teamwork skill: Another crucial skill in the profession of HR is teamwork skill. In
this skill the HR managers should develop themselves in such a manner that they can
work with each employee of the company and develop a healthy team where each
member is equally important (Armstrong and Taylor, 2020).
ï‚· Advising skill: The other skill is advising skill in which HR manger need to guide
their employee toward the company’s goal and also show them the path through

ï‚· Conceptual skill: A newly pass graduate and the person who want to build career inn
HR should have deeper knowledge about the theories and principle which is needed to
deal with the workforce of the organisation (Nankervis and et. al, 2019).
ï‚· Software skill: A latest scholar should also posses knowledge about the different HR
tools and software needed to operates the work in more easily and flexible manner
(Nieves and Quintana, 2018).
EVALUATION
As per the above information, it is being evaluated that HR is that profession in the
organisation which is very necessary. I personally believe that I can get a brighter future in
HR domain because I pose great advising and communication skill which helps me to
motivate people. For me HR profession is interesting as well a some challenging because it
deals with different kind of people (Townley, 2019). I think that I am suitable for the Job role
of Human resource manger because I can mange employee in more effective and efficient
manner. In recent time it the domain which is developing and gaining higher growth. It also
has great scope because ever company need HR who can hire and recruit a strong workforce
for them. I prefer HR as a profession in comparison to other domain because of the emerging
trends in the field of HR.
CONCLUSION
From the above gather data, it is concluded that Hr is quite interesting profession.
This field require various specific skills and knowledge which directly link them with the
employee of the organisation. It is also concluded that globalisation and artificial intelligence
are the latest trend in HR because it helps the HR manger to work in ease and in more
convenient manner.
