INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is a way of allowing
learners in order to step backwards from their
learning experiences which assist in order to
develop critical thinking abilities which
highly improves future performances. It is all
happen with the help of analyzing things that
have been learned. Skills plays a vital role in
an individuals life and hence accelerate the
growth. This presentation will illustrate the
significance of learning by doing SWOT
analysis along with creation of certain goals
in order to improve weaknesses.
EDUCATIONAL ARTIFACTS
STRENGTH
In context of my strengths, my
communication ability is the most
effective skill within myself which
allows me to share and express my
feelings in most accurate manner in
front of others. Moreover, I have
good at research skills which assist
me to perform my tasks in most
effectual manner after analysing all
the aspects through researching over
there.
WEAKNESS
In order to elaborate over my
weakness part, I have evaluated that
sometimes I become weak in order to
manage my time as per the
requirements. Thus, sometimes I have
to face consequences also in order to
complete my assignment within
stipulated time frame.
OPPPORTUNITY
This is the most significant things that
requires by each and every individual.
From detailed perspective, I have
realized that I am having opportunities
to explore career and business
development area through my abilities
and talent. Furthermore, with the help
of improving my weak skills as well, I
am able to catch the opportunity that
automatically boost my learning
capabilities.
SKILLS NEED TO BE IMPROVED
Collaboration skill: This skill is among the most
important skill I must learn as with the involvement
of this ability, I will be able to do tasks in team
manner along with completion of task with the
generation of knowledge about the significance of
collaboration into the assignment.
Self motivation ability: This is rare ability in which
one can motivate themselves in order to become
their mind stable and calm in adverse conditions. It
is highly significant and thus allows me to explore
diversified areas of improvements and development.
Time management ability: I highly and positively
want to improve my time management skills as this
provide great significance into the completion of
tasks within particular time duration. Thus, the
improvements into this will allow me to prepare my
tasks in advance in order to finish them efficiently.
RESOURCES REQUIRED
Internet programs: In order to generate an
understanding about all the programs I will adopt
online study program which is the key resource
which assist me in learning new skills and help to
develop clear understanding about abilities which
I would like to develop. The resources also
provide me solutions as well to improve my
weaknesses. Moreover, I will purchase study
material as well from online courses.
Laptop: It is also one of the key source I will be
looking for as without this I will not be able to
access activities and courses in order to improve
my skills.
CONCLUSION
From the above presentation it has been concluded that
through reflecting over the skills I got to understand
about my strengths and weaknesses along with ways to
improve them appropriately.

THREAT
The biggest threat that I am
facing continuously is from
my colleagues who are better
than me in certain skills in
which I feel myself
requirement of improvements.
This will create difficult
situation for me if I will not
focus towards those skills
improvements.
